  • KGottselig Kurt Gottselig (@KGottselig) reported

@pixels_mom @TekSavvyBuzz @Bell $233.00 a month for internet and tv? Wow. We can get 300 down and tv bundled with Sasktel for around $80 a month.

  • warrenDB Warren Butt (@warrenDB) reported

@steve_boots @SaskTel SaskTel's service is great when it works, but I've *never* had a good experience getting something fixed with them, it's always a combination of incompetence and getting passed around. Conversely, you know who repeatedly went above and beyond to fix things for me? @MyAccessCA

  • steve_boots Steve Boots (@steve_boots) reported

@YellowPudding @SaskTel Person after person has promised to fix it, to escalate it, to move the gateway and then changed their minds, to replace the gateway (I'm on my fifth) without actually dealing with the problem. At one point they literally told me their tech support chat can't so tech support.

@JaniceOwen @mandeeinthe306 @SaskTelSupport Hi Jan, if your experiences is similar with 2 different providers. (SaskTel, Access) the issue would point to something environmental. Are you in an apartment/condo area ? Your screen shots seem to be done with a mobile device.which would indicate a possible wifi issue.

  • Joe_Widdup Joe Widdup (@Joe_Widdup) reported

@sdjmaxwell @windypopfarm @Walkerfarm306 Good question. Sasktel uses odd LTE bands for longer range. Do Telus phones use them or do you get generic phones and just get poorer service than someone with a 100% compatible phone would get?

  • saskryan Ryan M. (@saskryan) reported

Is anyone else having issues with choppiness on @Sasktel Max the last couple nights?

  • dr_drp Ryan (@dr_drp) reported

@BPikaluk @Shawhelp @ShawInfo They really should just switch to Sasktel. Shaw has been a problem from the beginning with bad product and bad service

  • CircularLogic89 CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported

@DaytonRobblee @RogersHelps Rogers has approximately 10 times the customer base of SaskTel, not including flanker brands and other providers using the networks. Bandwidth is finite. The more people using data, the more that bandwidth needs to be shared

  • ms_sapphire20 LaRa_20 (@ms_sapphire20) reported

our internet is always slow.. 😭 come on! Sasktel..

  • YellowPudding YellowPudding (@YellowPudding) reported

@V_Mulholland @SaskTel WiFi is included, but the connection up to your modem is what you pay for with an ISP. Get a wired connection or a mesh system to connect to your modem. Or if you want WiFi that IS supported by Sasktel, they have a service called Optimum WiFi which sounds like what you want.
