They are immune to shareholder pressure for unchecked profit. They are here to provide an essential service. The "free market" wouldn't stand a chance.

The system will be in place, the first step was the Shaw and SaskTel WiFi hotspots.

And they'd have money left over to use for things that are of higher priority in our city.
