@ms_kermin 1/2 Hi! We don't have a SaskTel Store or any authorized dealers in Ontario. If you'll be activating your own unlocked device, we can help you out with that once you get to SK at one of our store or dealer locations 👍. If you're looking to set up new service with a new device,

@ianhanomansing @checkupcbc We here in Manitoba remember MTS and how low their cell rates were before bell got to buy them. SaskTel still amongst the cheapest in the country. But I guess the only solution is giant American companies... ?!?

@PaulMasiowski @hinz_tamara @SaskTel It never resolves, it's as if you are in a constant anxiety loop.

@BigfryTV @SaskTel Do they offer a business package? Usually the SLAs on business lines has to guarantee you a resolution or update within 24 hours. I've have standard before and the response time is abysmal. I can't wait for Starlink to be a viable option one day...

@Quea_Ali @RyanGrieveAB Frack it, they're going to make me become a SaskTel customer again, aren't they...

  • JamesHT James Hastings-Trew (@JamesHT) reported

@PierrePoilievre I was a Sprint Canada customer, but they were bought out by Rogers. Price went up, services went down. Customer service was appalling. Could not get away fast enough. Zero desire to repeat that experience with a Shaw buyout. If that happens maybe SaskTel gets me back.

@SaskTel Thanks. Doesn't really answer the concern about a technician working on an unencrypted home computer. I pay Sasktel for my service and expect it to be secure. I called back after 11 PM, got through quickly and he fixed the problem.

@davekirtonward3 @SaskTel I’ve had so much trouble with Sasktel email. In stead of choosing the email option I chose one of the others in ord to speak to a person here. He told me email connects you with someone in BC. Apparently there’s an issue with their provider’s firewall.
