The best you could've done is apologizing for your poor judgment, but considering you were part of that disgusting joke a year ago, I guess you regret nothing. Your email gets dumped in the trash. Your voice doesn't matter. CMs for video games can do whatever they want apparently and silence their community. If only you knew how bad it is over here. We feel your pain, though. As a consumer, we aren't allowed to have an opinion or voice them.

First thing they should've done would've been put the people in question on leave until issues are pointed out. But then again, it's not the fault of most of the company. It's the fault of PR and also HR.
