  @HitboTC @SeaOfThieves My problem is this is change solves nothing. A veteran player will end up having a giant stash of unused currency due to no new items. New players will grind for cosmetics from previous updates, which is the same as it currently is.

  @Thornbush42 @SeaOfThieves You didn’t really counter my point of value. If the game died tomorrow then the doubloons in your account don’t matter anyway. The only thing that is forever yours is your memories and experiences in the game. The game is 7yrs old. It’s a live service game. Things change. Just how it works.

  @HitboTC @SeaOfThieves Oh, and after that reaper „fix” and „break & no fix until reaper fort” Drew called it two separate issues. Well no, it was one issue. Fixing it created a new one. Cross-team communication what we call it at my IT work is on 2/10 here. They need better comms & all will be better

  @HitboTC @SeaOfThieves I agree it needs fixed, but in a list of "needs fixed" i'd put it in a "nice to have" bucket. Hell just this past weekend, I was munching food non stop and not gaining a point of health. An old issue, still an issue. That is core functionality. Buying things is "nice to have"

  @SeaOfThieves Please just fix the spawn rate of Green message in a bottles. I just want to have organic adventures again…I found 17…SEVENTEEN Smugglers bottles in just 2 hours today.

  @HitboTC @SeaOfThieves They are not the best at crossing things over. Like they have separate „team” for everything.. Like with reaper comms & casket. They removed one to add other to fix it. Which resulted in breaking the number on the one they removed. I bet half the studio doesn’t know about reset..

  @VtaljPogre66332 @S0nicbob @SeaOfThieves If you've read any patch or update notes you'd know it's been said it's perfectly fine to use a monitor crosshair if you're not altering game files. This was literally talked about last year. I appreciate you thinking I'm in trouble.

  @HitboTC @SeaOfThieves While we are at it reset hourglass levels too and gold oh oh and faction progress we didn’t work for that either right???? Right???? Oh and last but not least make it harder to get everything. The low hanging fruit would be to fix the bugs that make it hard to log on.

  @SeaOfThieves pls do something to fix instable connexion on the game, I’ve tried to launch a session on calm seas but I’ve 600 ping with ethernet connexion and the issue doesn’t came from my internet box… it’s just frustrating to can’t play…

  @SeaOfThieves Fix your ******* game! We were doing Motlen Sands fort and a gallon came over but didn't want the fort they wanted us but a kraken popped up on us letting the gallon player teleport on to our ship and kill us over and over! Stop giving cheaters a second chance!!!

  @MakeSenseToday @EuropaofAsgard @SeaOfThieves You just summarized exactly the plan. If you can just login and buy everything then it kills the point of playing. Wiping and balancing for the future not only brings value again to a currency but also a steal to make it matter again. Now all of the sudden you care a little bit more about things like we used too.

  @HitboTC @SeaOfThieves I totally understand the dev sprint model (one of my job duties). My thing is with a list of problems the game is having, shops for cosmetics is not one of them. Though you want to fill your sprint with easy low hanging fruit, maybe start that team on another big issue instead

The currency was added for limited time events, why is it a problem that they are returning to this format. They granting rewards and compensating for doubloons that you are "loosing"
