It feels like it's been designed more with content creators in mind than the average player but I think most people will still get a good laugh out of it and create some memorable moments. The problem is that fun side content and seasonal content are not really the same thing. If this is supposed to help carry an entire Season alongside the occasional returning limited time event then it just is not enough by itself. Season 21 needs to land with some real weight behind it. Adventure Mode needs meaningful additions. New ships, new islands or even entirely new regions. Give players fresh reasons to explore the world and engage with the game in different ways. What we do not need is another couple of delivery missions wearing a fancy new outfit and pretending to be a major update. We have been sailing that particular route for quite a while now. #SeaOfThieves is at its best when it surprises people and gets the community genuinely excited to jump in and see what is new. It feels like it is time for that again. Anything less will mean terrible engagement.

Your problem is you try to appeal to the whiniest of the player base who felt entitled to gold they hadn't stolen fairly. Now, ffs, I'll forgive it all if you spawn a Shrouded for me. 8k hours guys, like damn, I'm dying here.

They say its PvP game but the PvP aspect is whats the problem. Outside of janky hit boxes, there's no natural progress in skill when it comes to PVP. Thr gap is huge.

They had more time, literally removed all the content from season 19 to makie this mode work and even moved it for a month later to release and it didnt work. Then, they release it again after more time and it has even more issues

Your email gets dumped in the trash. Your voice doesn't matter. CMs for video games can do whatever they want apparently and silence their community. If only you knew how bad it is over here. We feel your pain, though. As a consumer, we aren't allowed to have an opinion or voice them.

AboutSelphy (@AboutSelphy) reportedSome @SeaOfThieves viewers/streamers really need a reality check on what cheating actually looks like. Watched a streamer get sniped 3x in an hour today. The fights were suspicious (insane air shots, constant mid-air hits, etc.), but the chat was screaming "cheater" for things that were easily debunked. Ladder speeds were normal on VOD, and "insta-kills" were just players not being full HP. (I also encounter this kind of problem, but I always check a clip out or rethink what happened) Itโs easy to lose cool live, but we have to analyze before we accuse. Grateful the streamer kept a level head. The REAL issue? Public sites still exist that track specific players and server ship counts. How is this still live after a months? Cloudflare should be handing over data for a lawsuit at this point. Hoping this reaches the right eyes. @ChappersChapman @S0nicbob

And apparently the support people are removing the items cause they 'simply can't understand how someone can get all those items' even when shown they were reset and farmed the items. Do better

But that has nothing to do with the rest of the dev teams. The people building the game donโt control staffing or policy decisions. Expecting those people to stop working because of failures in another department isnโt right, and blaming them for issues they have no authority over makes all of us who have been talking about this look stupid. j0 has been actively deleting evidence during an ongoing investigation (which is illegal). And Shirah has been deleting peoples messages in the discord who speak up about this. That is who the community should be against.

It's a huge letdown and disappointment especially being on the Stream Team and seeing how things "get done." Nevermind the lack of trust from the current game issues, this happening has been a major black spot on this game/studio. I still have a sliver of hope left, but frankly I am not holding my breath.
