And it will be fun to see what, you and other streamers come up with in these servers. The issues will start when the rest of us want into the private server(s) to play in your world. Servers limit ships to 6, is this the same for Private (rhetorical)? I like the idea, but fear that they (the devs) are currently throwing things at the wall to see what sticks.

AboutSelphy (@AboutSelphy) reportedSome @SeaOfThieves viewers/streamers really need a reality check on what cheating actually looks like. Watched a streamer get sniped 3x in an hour today. The fights were suspicious (insane air shots, constant mid-air hits, etc.), but the chat was screaming "cheater" for things that were easily debunked. Ladder speeds were normal on VOD, and "insta-kills" were just players not being full HP. It’s easy to lose cool live, but we have to analyze before we accuse. Grateful the streamer kept a level head. The REAL issue? Public sites still exist that track specific players and server ship counts. How is this still live after a months? Cloudflare should be handing over data for a lawsuit at this point. Hoping this reaches the right eyes. @ChappersChapman @S0nicbob

We have Community Managers behaving unprofessionally, Discord mods acting like they rule the world, and both think they're above the rest of us. United in censoring discussion around individuals who have absolutely ZERO place in this community and pose an actual threat to everyone in it. All while players are constantly being gaslit by those same CMs and mods into believing the community isn’t in complete disarray when it very clearly is. What makes this even worse is that these are the very people whose job is supposed to be upholding the community’s values, the Pirate Code, and Microsoft’s Terms of Service. But it feels like nothing is being enforced at all. Situations like this are 100% avoidable too. If the CM team had genuinely listened to the community and addressed these concerns and allegations early on and did something about it, things never would have reached this point. To be clear, this issue has absolutely nothing to do with the production or creative development side of the game. Please don't tag developers, artists, designers, or other team members into discussions they have no involvement in. Our criticism and calls to action are specifically directed at the community management side of Sea of Thieves. That team needs serious retraining, and a reevaluation of whether certain individuals even possess the requirements needed to continue representing the Sea of Thieves community in their current roles. If they don’t improve the issues that have plagued the game from day one like bad servers and hit registration then the game will die. Not to mention they should listen to the community, wasn’t that the whole point of opening insiders?

The best you could've done is apologizing for your poor judgment, but considering you were part of that disgusting joke a year ago, I guess you regret nothing. I quit sot when they removed quickswap and made all combat clunky as a result of the fix, i will not come back to sot but i still follow the game, i played sot since 2018 until season 10 religiously, all my friends quit around that time too.

I'm referring to issues that literally affect ALL 4 PEOPLE ON A GALLEON, that a server hop typically fixes. Unfortunately, buggy servers is an almost 'every session' issue

That is the catalyst for some of the most sick and vile people to flock towards SoT. The usual culprits are the flag pushers. They are a massive part of the problem, that very small, very vocal clique of players whom should not be trusted blindly in positions of power.
