  • beverage15 BCSTG (@beverage15) reported

@Shawhelp I’ve been working with your front line support with no success!! I work remote and need to get this working now!!! This is in relation to INC1062330….

  • Shervincouver Shervin🇨🇦 (@Shervincouver) reported

@Shawhelp hi! Our router just got fried due to a transformer exploding in the New West area. How can we get a replacement? It no longer turns on anymore. We have power in the house but router does not turn on. Help!

  • joye75 Kristi Joye (@joye75) reported

@Shawhelp Yes. You advertise fibre service when there is no fibre in the area or to the house.

  • Traderhankhill CryptoHank (@Traderhankhill) reported

This all could have been prevented if @ShawInfo weee transparent in the issue. “Hey guys we have to do integrity digs… hey guys our fibre line is broken… hey guys we are upgrading equipment in the area” But instead they’ve been cryptic, and passive aggressive when contacted…

  • adolwyn Beth Allan (@adolwyn) reported

@jedichica @Shawhelp (We did the same resetting dance just now. Apparently they’re doing scheduled maintenance from 17 Ave SW south to Glenmore so we must have just been collateral damage for a few minutes)

  • MattPaulHickey Matt Hickey (@MattPaulHickey) reported

@TraceyMWoy @Shawhelp Wish I would have seen your warning earlier, Shaw has been telling me the fix is coming "asap" all day. If work relies on wifi working, guess Shaw isn't the service for you.

  • Traderhankhill CryptoHank (@Traderhankhill) reported

My internet and TV have been out for 4 straight days now. Not so much an issue for me… but @ShawInfo has some serious explaining to do to the community of Ranchlands. People are outraged and I’ve spoken with many neighbours whom are shopping around now for a new provider.

  • chanceharvie Chance Harvie (@chanceharvie) reported

@Shawhelp Ok. Thanks again Don. While the lack of service is frustrating, the fact you're communicating quickly helps to take the "edge" off and spares Shaw my wrath. All companies should take note that this is the proper way to serve your customers.

  • Danny_OHearn Danny O'Hearn (@Danny_OHearn) reported

@MattPaulHickey @Shawhelp Sorry to hear that @ShawHelp didnt take my advice 2 days ago and let their field and call center tech support know to not try to connect new modems as a “fix” when service is not working well. Dissapponting.

  • TraceyMWoy Tracey (@TraceyMWoy) reported

@Shawhelp “I was actually assisting that department yesterday with the issues they were having. Your comments above about no solution/workaround/ETA is still correct. They are manually going case by case for now, but as you know there's more new cases then ones being resolved right now”
