    @ShawInfo absolutely terrible service Trying to help my parents get Wi-Fi up and running again. Wasted 2 with an agent online, then all of a sudden the agent is gone and I’m passed onto someone else. Yup great customer service, I would never ever recommend your services

    I have traveled the world. You are by far one of the worst companies for service in terms of high speed internet and cable/on-demand TV. Abysmal. There are dictatorships that deliver better than you do. @Shawhelp

    @Shawhelp Hi, I'm getting intermittent internet problems in the Hazeldean area of Edmonton. Both Netflix and Amazon Prime keep stopping to buffer.
