    @Shawhelp I can't sign into Netflix on one of my cable boxes. I can sign into it on any other device with the same email and password but not the shaw box. It can't find the account Help? I don't want to change my password

    @Shawhelp most of our neighborhood is complaining about this and it seems you guys don’t seem to care to prioritize fixing this. I’m a hot minute away from filing an Alberta consumer complaint and getting the neighborhood in on putting some letters together.

    @ShawInfo I have the same modem and getting download speed of 12 mbps and the technician was unable to solve the problem. 😒😒
