I didn’t want anything fancy, just something functional. They “couldn’t help” so I accepted an incredible deal with @TELUS, closed my @ShawHelp account & called to get a shipping label for the busted modem. I sent it back the next day. Tracking shows it arrived July 15th. 📦

Hey @ShawInfo just curious why my mail on my cellphone is reloading mail again all the way back to 2021 and before. Real pain in the ***. Please help. Last time it loaded so much the phone wouldn’t operate.

But tech support insisted that was the case and I’d be able to login again later that afternoon. Went to login just now and surprise surprise, still not fixed. When will this ACTUALLY be fixed @Shawhelp ?

@Shawhelp do something about Shaw internet in Vancouver's west end. Constant erratic 5-10 minute drops in service are becoming really annoying. Community boards on Facebook and Reddit will show that literally hundreds of people are having this issue. FIX IT NOW

Nor should I have to spend tomorrow on the phone to unwind this mess with @ShawHelp and the collections company. But I will. There’s ZERO appreciation for customer time in this industry. Canadian Telecoms - we deserve better.
