    @JohnBaert @BudweiserJets @Shawhelp I was a very loyal customer but I started having tons of issues with MTS and was super frustrated. I had all my services with them and they never once offered any discount for my inconvenience and didn't try to retain me as a customer when I cancelled all my services. They suck.

    @MKlassen60 @Shawhelp Called once as soon as they opened and they already had “higher then normal call volumes.” To be fair I’ve had similar issues with MTS, Rogers.

    Called Shaw to see if they can help with setting up my tv. Wait time was 35-45mins, so I do the call back. Got called back 45 mins later, I’ve now been on hold with call back for a hour and a half 😑 @Shawhelp

    @BudweiserJets @204Girl0574 @Shawhelp Keep us posted. I’m so tired of the clown posse at MTS. They actually told me they’d need to send a maintenance person out to fix my problem, and that I would get charged for the visit. I’m ready to run to the light.

    Super angry and disappointed with a @ShawInfo @Shawhelp! My mom is living in LTC. Had to wait five days for technician. Technician came today and for one hr it worked fine then nothing. Called technician who emailed someone then Shaw main line. Now 5 more days for a tech!WTF

    As much as I dislike Telus their service calls are far superior to @Shawhelp. Got my modem Monday, went to activate today. There's an issue and no available techs until next Wednesday. Telus would have someone out in 24-48 hours without fail. Not impressed so far.

    @ShawInfo Rochelle in your retention Employee # V71G once again assured me my account was cancelled after waiting 3 hours on hold and I find out today it wasn’t. You guys treat your customer like garbage. Bunch of liars

CCTS is actually owned by the big telcos - and if the bad behaviour you are complaining about is actually company policy (like hanging on to your money when you close an account with a positive balance) they won't do anything.

    @shawhelp please check your messages. You had a scheduled maintenance that should have been completed 6am. It's 10am now and our business still has no phone lines! Also, I've been on hold with Shaw support for 1hr and 40mins.

    @Paul_Figler @glenerickson51 @zjlaing I just wish @Shawhelp @ShawInfo or @TELUS @TELUSsupport would service the area. There is an airport here and a retirement home let alone all the regular houses and families. All badly in need of reliable hi-speed internet. The first one here gets ALL the business for sure.

    @Shawhelp my pvr randomly restarted itself this morning and then when it did its thing it said “log in error” and never did connect😫😡 i unplugged it and took the cable out from the back of it left it and plugged it all back in and same thing. Help!

    @Shawhelp on chat for 30 minutes to disconnect. Only to be told he couldn't help me. Gave me a number. On hold 40 minutes. Called me back to put me on hold 20 more minutes. Offered me bad deals. Told them i wanted to disconnect. Transferred me again. Still on hold. 45 more mins

    Hey @Shawhelp after cancelling my first appointment to hook up my cable and internet,the technician just left in the middle of our second appointment because it was too dark outside to set up the line despite us requesting a day time appointment. This has been the worst service!
