    @ShawInfo horrible experience with Shaw. Don't honor their contracts. Don't track their equipment or hold employees accountable. Incorrectly charge customers and try to enforce payment. Buyer be ware

    @Shawhelp Thanks but I’ve talked to numerous support agents about this and honestly I don’t think it’s fixable at this point. All they do is either reset the modem/router or change the channel but the main issue is never fixed.

    @ShawInfo worst internet experience I have ever had. Thought Shaw would be better than mts but I was wrong. Constant internet interruptions and disconnections everyday. Internet tech came out and issues still persists. If anyone reads this, get mts not Shaw.

    @Shawhelp That update is lame. We ha e been seeing that all week. Seems like Shaw has a major issue and not taking it seriously to put resources to it to resolve completely. Can we please get some update as to when we will ha e services. Difficult for us to take Shaw seriously

    @Shawhelp Ok, but this is the 5th outage this month, so this is getting a 'old'. In addition when the phone line goes AWOL my home alarm goes off, and really not a pleasant way to wake up.

    .@ShawInfo i really have to say your customer support needs work; yes, i should have paid my bill but my due date was in march...i told the guy (i forget his first name, only that his number was #VV02) that i paid my bill...he reset my box but did NOT ADVISE ME TO FACTORY RESET.

    @dollaretteco @Shawhelp Generally I've been pretty lucky with my internet connection. Mostly up time. But yes, if you are relying on it for work, it's ass clenching. 'You' could stream Netflix for hours without a hiccup, but the net will crap itself when you need to video conference. :/

    @Shawhelp not impressed with your service. Snowplow takes out Shaw street box at 1 pm. Shaw service arrives, works a little and then leaves at 3:30 with still no service to at least 2 houses. Your chat line wants to schedule feb 28 fix.
