@Shawhelp I did and it was going in the wrong direction. I shouldn't have to have a tech come down often to troubleshoot. Still have temp line running through neighbour's yard. Working in tech myself, this can be taken care of remotely and diagnosed.

@ShawInfo 10+ yrs a customer. No internet for 2 days. 2 days work lost. 5 reps spoken to. 1 offered me his very odd ideas about Covid 19 and why he's not vaxxed. 3+hrs on the phone. 1 no-show by a tech, after 4+hrs waiting. All equals 1 call to @TELUS tomorrow morn.

@Shawhelp your website doesn't show any outage. I too was having issues with Shaw cutting in and out. I just reset my box by unplugging 30 sec and now it's fixed. This is the type of help that would be appreciated.

@Shawhelp I’ve tried too yes. But don’t have hours to wait for unusual wait times. Ball games or hockey games are usually Over and they problem is gone.

@WpgSportsNerd @Shawhelp Was down here for far too many hours and when I got it back, after going through hell rebooting, things changed on my Home Screen and the Shaw icon completely disappeared as did my Samsung tv icon. Mess!

@Shawhelp The crazy decision to close all offices in the Lower Mainland in favour of online/telephone only left out a whole segment of the population - People with disabilities, that need in person customer service. You've made things worse and harder and slower, NOT efficient!

@BeanoDank @Shawhelp Shaw has now shut down all offices in BC, so any and all problems now must be dealt with "online"! So if your internet is a problem you have to use internet to solve it? Crazy! People with disabilities ignored completely - we need in person customer service back pronto!!!

@Shawhelp I'd be curious to know, however, how your service can be "Fibre+" and yet my entire area can be affected and the source cannot be found. That doesn't sound like a fibre connection, or even a fibre up till the very end connection.

@Shawhelp Wow.All due respect to you Taylan, @ any of you people paid to work for shaw, I pay for a service and expect to be able to use it. If you are saying that it should be expected that you are unable to fulfil basic requirements of a service could you point me to where I can cancel?
