    Day 6 without home phone or internet. Shaw managed to set up the basement service in just 2 days (incidentally, cutting off our service while doing so), but still hasn't managed to fix ours. @shawhelp #shawsucks

    @ShawInfo I recently had no internet at my condo for over 10 days, had three technicians come in and they finally fixed it on the 3rd try. This was very inconvenient and I was very unhappy with the customer service. I was wondering where I would be able to speak with a manager.

    @Shawhelp Signed up with you, you sent the router, it didn’t work. You promised a technician between 10-12 today. Hubby stayed home from work and your guy never showed. DM’d you 7 hrs ago. No reply. On hold on phone for 45 mins. Finally got rep who relayed a lie 1/2

    @Shawhelp I’ve done a complete power cycle of the Shaw provided router, as well as power cycling the devices i use. Same issues still, unsure if there are any outages in Winnipeg Mb at this time though

    @Shawhelp It’s now 5 days without phone/internet. Apparently the basement tenants were able to get their new service set up within 2 days. Wondering why it’s taking more than 2x as long to get ours fixed.

    It's OK -- the @crtceng doesn't work either - at least not in favour of Canadians. Works REALLY well for @bell, @telus, @ShawInfo etc.

    Unreal @ShawInfo gets away with. Highway robbery charge you insane amount of money for cable then when you can't too cancel all of a sudden they can save you 80 a month. Wtf why not offer these rates when I'm still with you

    @Shawhelp Yes, it’s latest iOS 12.0.1 Taping of any input is making black screen and crashing app. Chat button and support button though are working ok. So the issue is the only with log in process / inputs [email & password]

    @Shawhelp your internet is horrible🙂Spoke to 2 people twice within a month about the same issue. They told me it was fixed. It's not. No devices in the house can connect to wifi. I'm paying over $75 a month for internet I can't use...

    @Shawhelp We have the time shift channels.. I believe 9-1-1 should have been 6pm, Manifest 7pm, The Resident at 5pm. We’ve never had scheduling conflicts with any of these shows.. seems so weird 😔

    As a very happy @TELUSsupport @TELUS customer I am astonished that they cannot offer my brother the same deal I have. He pays $25 more than me for half the services after an hour on the phone. Calling @ShawInfo now to get them switched over... #ridiculous

    @Shawhelp FYI in the VoD for Global TV the show FBI you still have episode 2 as episode 4. It may prove an issue when episode 4 is actually on VOD in a couple days. It only seems on the Cable Box VoD thats its mislabeled. Shaw Free Range app is correct episode 2 label.
