    @_ThePrncss @Shawhelp I got rid of Shaw and went to Telus Fiber 300 down and 300 up. It is the best, haven't had an issue yet. Shaws 20 up is horrible!

    @MindlessChaos02 @ibrbxx2 @ShawInfo I know how to reset a box. I have to do that all the time with their shitty boxes. I’m talking about a service I’ve always had that suddenly they’ve stopped. Resetting doesn’t fix it, sadly.

    @Breeze_CA @ibrbxx2 @ShawInfo Could be a problem with your box, or a problem with their updates. I don't know the specific company or your set up. Giving you more generalized tech fixes. The fact they are sending you updates is probably a good thing. Many companies don't even try and you are left with crap

    @Breeze_CA @MindlessChaos02 @ShawInfo It's easy to do, where the power cord plugs into to back of the box is the reset button, hit it and reboot the box. If it doesn't work unplug it wait then reset it and reboot.

    @Breeze_CA @ibrbxx2 @ShawInfo Just FYI, make sure you have it updated to the most recent update. Then try rebooting like the guy suggested. Beyond that you would have to contact tech support/ consumer help. I wish you the best of luck.

    @Breeze_CA @ibrbxx2 @ShawInfo That's dumb. Definitely see what the issue is. There is no reason to limit the functionality now if the box is physically capable of doing it. Sometimes rollouts are weird. Companies will use older stuff for several years and then just spring a new gen. Its annoying.

    @MindlessChaos02 @ShawInfo Maybe live was a bad term. I meant currently broadcasting, I’ve always been able to rewind and rewatch that. At least for many many years, now Shaw is restricting that option.

    @Shawhelp seems something major issue with Shaw connectivity. I'm wondering if anyone really gets 300 Mbps connection, at least I'm not on one. multiple follow ups on live chat, hours of waiting in customer care queue, and now multilple questions n answers in DM. No luck yet..

    @Shawhelp It's over wifi. It's been six months I'm using Shaw. I was on a pay as you go connection earlier and upgraded to Shaw 300 contract hoping for better speed. But no luck. While chatting with you I'm on a call with customer care waiting for half hour now.

    @YEGSoccerDome Please get in touch with @shawinfo and ask them to install Shaw Wi-Fi at the Dome ! This would be awesome for anyone waiting on the sidelines. @ShawInfo should be able to do the installation for free in order to provide its customers a better service.

    @Shawhelp That did fix it and is my usual go to, however, I had done that very recently. Within the last few days, the Arris, portal has indicated three separate times that it could not make connection with the main terminal. Thanks for the help.

    @Shawhelp hi I contacted ur agents three times complaining about how slow my internet is ! It’s 2019 and I still cannot wrap mY head around the fact that your internet is only working when I’m 1 meter away from the router!!!! Fix this or money back. Maybe @Telus have better deals

    @Shawhelp Hello Steph - the issue has resolved itself. It’s unusual as a friend in Parksville, an hour drive away, had the same issue & went through multiple techs for a resolution a week or so ago. Glad the glitch resolved itself faster!

    I complain a lot about Shaw's service, and there are things that really annoy me, but I have to say that I stick with them because the techs who come out and install/fix things are top notch, just amazing service. It's the only thing that keeps me with @ShawInfo. #aboveandbeyond

    UPDATE: Hard boot of the modem seemed to fix the problem. #Kudos to @ShawHelp for their prompt responses & help. Back to speedy browsing (333 Mbps down & 35 Mbps up)
