    @Shawhelp Ok hanging up - have been on the phone/waiting for call back and now listening to music for 1h50min now. 1st in line for over 30min. I'll be filing a complaint with Commission for Complaints for Telecom-Television Services (CCTS). Not cool @Shawhelp - and not helpful at all.

    Checking out @Shawhelp deals. online says 89/mth yr 1, 129/mth yr 2. my friends comp says 129/mth for 2 yr and the shaw agent is telling me 159/mth for 2 yr. Get your data straight Shaw this is terrible

    @ShawInfo terrible customer service. Attempting to get a human on the phone to reconnect my mother in laws service is a joke. Automated message indicated 35-45 minute wait...I hung up after waiting 1hr 40 minutes. Ridiculous!!!

    @Shawhelp Yeah in Aberdeen, that would explain it! I did check for outages and nothing had shown up but to be fair that was last night when it first happened. I'm going to assume my issue is related to that and I can probably get off hold
