@Shawhelp Went there. It’s useless. Start a running Twitter feed to keep us who are without service for hours informed re outages and areas and what you’re doing to address. We are looking to go elsewhere as soon as possible.

@studingo @Shawhelp @TELUS So only having the usual 15-20mbit down every time the upload on the node decided to go wonky I couldn't stream at all the twitch (constant dropped connection/frames).....I then switched to Telus and never looked back after I went on their fiber.

@CoachDhillon @ShawInfo @RogersHelps Hi JD, switched 4lines from Bell to Shaw (roughly half price) unfortunate for us the coverage in metro Vancouver is substandard. Additionally while in Comox and Courtenay, early August it was noted that the service rarely switched to the national coverage, unlike Metro Vancouver.

@studingo @Shawhelp @TELUS I can totally relate, I actually used to work for Shaw as a service technician. When I left the company and moved back to my home town from Alberta. I picked up streaming again when I got home. Where I lived in my hometown the node I was on was cursed on the upload.

@Shawhelp The error “Something went wrong TVAPP-00115” is happening again when trying to cast with the Shaw TV app. I am able to cast with other apps. This is just an fyi, I won’t be contacting tech support for troubleshooting, it is a problem with the app.

@studingo @Shawhelp @TELUS I just recently did a move again due to some unfortunate stuff but the entire year I had Telus I never once dropped a frame streaming and or had any down time on the net other then the usual power outage!

Ah… my favourite experience with @ShawInfo again. Trying to refresh my service, and if I, as a 20 year customer want to stay with Shaw, that’ll cost me $40/month more than a new customer. @Shawhelp you guys need to figure out that losing existing customers is not healthy
