    @Cdblesch @Shawhelp @TELUS @TELUSsupport If you do get bluecurve and get the service that they say they give great. But obviously that’s not happening. With Internet 300 ..... I was getting 24 max..... 😤

    @Cdblesch @Shawhelp @TELUS @TELUSsupport Well.... @cabralda couldn’t fix it. He’s been trying... actually. I was getting 24... when max was supposedly at lest 100... with internet 300. Now with bluecurve... no internet at all.

    @Jfthomp94 @ShawInfo Definitely not, I’ve been using Telus for a while now, and as their customer, it’s been pretty solid. Equipment worked on arrival. In my experience, chat is just there for upsell.

    @Shawhelp your #bluecurve router is utter garbage - 3 dropouts today and counting!! Even the wired connection isn’t working! The old system was bad but this is worse! Big regrets switching & tying in for 2 years 😬

    I ordered costly high end internet service from Shaw....what I received was a used modem that doesn't work...sadly this company is almost as bad as Telus, as usual the @CRTCeng does nothing to penalize BAD service providers @shawhelp @ShawInfo #Alberta #Calgary #WTFShaw #RedDeer

    @AdamsOnHockey @Shawhelp That's fair, although their service page for Spruce Grove still says "Good news! There are currently no service outages." I guess a neighbourhood isn't big enough to be an outage. Might be the guys digging up the water main, hope they get things fixed soon!

    @Shawhelp and i called cancellations today because its been so draining to deal with and the rep lied to my face and told me that Telus cancelled their $85/2y gigabit deal. And then offered me 10mb for $50 saying it would be plenty fast enough for my needs..... its pretty poor
