@Shawhelp Well I am now a Bell subscriber ….all services went down , nothing and the best Shaw could do was 6 days till they could fix and replace the highest modem which was only months old …the best was I’ve talked to several neighbours and their Shaw has been down too …

Seems like @Shawhelp network is down or else they’re throttling my internet yet again. I love paying for 500 Mbps and getting 9.4! It makes working from home practically impossible. I’m beyond frustrated with this ongoing saga. Just give me the service I pay for. #shaw

Today a @TELUSsupport technician messing around in the box outside our house cut off our internet. Now we have to wait until Sunday for a @Shawhelp technician to fix it. Tonight I’ll be screaming into the void. Tomorrow I’ll be grading assignments at my mom’s. Happy end of term!

Canada has highest cell phone rates in the world. Rogers/Shaw merger will exacerbate the situation. Previous Shaw plan: $35 US/Mexico roaming incl. +$45/month pkg int’l roaming. New Rogers plan: $65 Canada/US. $12/day int’l roaming. Do better @Rogers, @shawinfo. CRTC – fix this.

Switching back to @Shawhelp today (on account of our @TELUS bill shooting up by $100). Telus cut our service off 24 hours earlier than agreed upon. Seems like an immature way to handle a break up. 💔 @TELUSsupport

Ugh. I’ve said it before but this time I mean it. I’m leaving @ShawInfo and their internet service. I use up my cell data to cover for their consistent daily drops of service. I pay a huge premium price for. I think I’ll try @TekSavvyBuzz moving my phones and internet around.

@Shawhelp is there ANY way to possibly get help, I have been having this issue for MONTHS now with packet stability that interferes with my ability to do work and livestream. I have called support multiple times and have "restarted my router" 100 times. I get the SAME generic…
