Not a great way to conduct business @ShawInfo when your service people hang up on the customer... not impressed
@Shawhelp the main top light was on so there was power but the small lights below were not on. this happens all the time. we have to shut the whole system down wait 20 mins then start again.
It's sad how many people have lost their jobs at @Shawhelp because I've now been on the phone for 30 minutes after a person online couldn't help me with an issue. This is an issue that another CSR said they had taken care of in late May but NOPE.

@Shawhelp It was down, as i was missing lights on my modem. It's come back since then, i just has ro reset my router once shaw was back online. I agree with others, you should email for maintenance, cause i have to reset my router after ever maintence

@Shawhelp If my water is getting turned off I get notified. I’m not told I should have checked a website every week. When it’s internet service I guess it’s unnecessary to inform anyone.

@Shawhelp your customer service sucks over app! I was charged twice and your statements would not see that and help was no help! My bank agreed i was charged twice and got one back and now i am being charged double cause it says i never paid for that month when i did. #thanks
@Shawhelp Yeah I need more specific help then that though. The issue is there's no active cable line in the room I want to install it, however years ago I do remember a cable box being in there hooked up to a cableline near the breaker. So I'm unsure if that will work or if I will need a
@Shawhelp Yesterday I called to disconnect my cable but keep internet, was on hold for 3 hours, 45 mins before I gave up. Automated message said it a 25-35 min wait. Tried again today on the phone, said a 15-20 minute wait, still on hold for 2 hours, 29 mins. Please help me

I seriously recommend that people NOT get services with @Shawhelp. They don't keep their word and customer service is atrocious. Telus is your better option.

@Shawhelp It happens when watching HGTV, normally between 7 & 7:30 and lasts anywhere from 5 minutes to 30. I'll be watching something and it just stops. If I try watching any other show, they won't start. Black screen then exit to episode list Haven't tried watching on different network

Grrr @ShawInfo when I’m trying to troubleshoot why I cannot send email and the girl ends chat because she assumes I understood and she can’t help AS I’M TYPING A MESSAGE BACK... 😡 20 year customer.... not the help I expect. Waiting to speak with someone. Not happy.

@Shawhelp Heyo! I'm unsurenif you can help. After multiple calles to the support team, many resets, one tech guy, another senior tech guy, and the whole neighbour hood has no upload speed at 357 PM until 1030 the next day. It's the node they said. But o one has the authority to fix this.

@Shawhelp Too little too late. We cancelled our account 2 months ago because of all the billing issues we had.
Never waited for less than an hour to talk to someone from @ShawInfo. @TELUSsupport answered on the first ring. TELUS also hasn’t been charging my account with things I’ve asked them to remove multiple times.

@AlleyDalley @Shawhelp I had that issue forever, then I tried it again by removing my device, changed a setting and tried again, it appears to have worked. Hopefully it stays that way.
@Morgo_82 @Shawhelp I have Shaw as well and Shaw Open never works. I end up needing to turn off my Wifi if I am in a Shaw Open area otherwise it wants to auto connect but not work- making it impossible to use anything data related on my phone

@Shawhelp It’s done that a few times where it doesn’t register I’ve gotten off my iPhone. It wouldn’t be as big an issue but my friend uses it too so it only allows 2 streams at a time
@Shawhelp It didn’t help. I finally just signed out of the app and reloaded chrome on my laptop and it worked
@Shawhelp your freerange is very slow to update on when I close my streams. I switched from my iPhone to my laptop and it’s telling me too many concurrent streaming devices. I closed the app properly and restarted my phone. How can I make it stop thinking my phones playing

@Shawhelp internet service cuts out when it’s windy. And G5 only works for two days until you unplug and plug in your modem again, unless it’s windy. #YouHaveMyDetailsInDM
