    @Shawhelp I have Shaw internet 300 [a free upgrade as a form of apology from you fine folks], but there is the same issues of disconnecting between the times of 8:30 pm [Mountain time] - 9:00 pm [Mountain time]. Please tell me you have a fix.

    @Shawhelp Thx for your reply. I’m aware re: previous DM support advice of what to do - i.e. turn modems off & on etc. Last time you guys connected me to 5G, which I ‘now’ know doesn’t really exist... as yet... Shaw needs to admit to system/traffic overload...

    I was kept on hold by @Shawhelp for almost 3 hours. Even callback just put me on hold - no answer. I've been a Shaw customer since 1985. My contract ends in October. I think Shaw Customer Service has degraded to the point now that it's time to cancel and switch.

    @Shawhelp internet just cut out, all devices can pick up the signal. I’ve already unplugged. But no actual internet to be had. Power light is on LAN light is on 2.4 light on and flashing 5G light on and flashing Up arrow is green and flashing Down arrow is not on at all.

    @vMoppyMedia @TELUS @Shawhelp Yeah fiber is supposed to have equivocal upload/download speeds. Definitely the way to go. Wish I had it here. We can buy 1gb down and it hovers between 10-50mbps up from what I’ve heard. Awesome still, but a long ways away from being 4K capable (whenever that becomes a thing)

    @Shawhelp Danielle was able to solve my problem, and she was very helpful and professional. I have had consistently good customer service experiences in my 7 years with Shaw. The issue is the fact that "estimated wait" is broken. It should be fixed or abolished.

    @Shawhelp Hi Ken. As I mentioned, my problem is not with the waiting. I understand that waiting is going to happen. The problem is giving me a countdown that has zero relationship to my actual waiting time. It would be better to have no estimate, or a queue length.
