    Just had a @ShawInfo customer chat representative tell me my 2-year internet agreement at $65 per mth 1st yr and $95 per mth 2nd yr was a "deep discount which I should enjoy." (Their words exactly). Considering their current offerings, I both feel both #rippedoff & #punkedoff!

    @Shawhelp You technical support’s solutions was “Just hang up and call back and maybe someone else can help”…I told him we had been on hold over 30 minutes to speak to him and he should know how to answer this and if not transfer my call to someone that could answer, or a manager…

    @Shawhelp I’ll send you the customer info by DM shortly, she’s not happy at all especially after she went and got new boxes and is paying rental fees, I had to pull out the new one I put it and put back the old one because it had no RF output to accommodate a room that only had coax.

    @Shawhelp I mentioned the level of support as he seemed like he knew nothing about your receivers and he should if he’s answering the phone, he also should NOT refused to let me speak to the manager or let my client speak to the manager, he told us “The manager won’t speak with you”

    @Shawhelp you really need to properly train your tech support if you intend to call them tech support. Had a interesting conversation with you tech who had no idea what RF was, no idea at all what an RF output was and he claimed he was level 2 support. PT1
