It took 8 calls. Last call - guy not only fixed the issue, had a new modem sent the next day, and reworked my plan for more services at less cost.

Somedays the internet cuts out every 10-15 mins for what seems like the entire day. I have to disconnect and unplug everything almost everyday 1/ #yeg #t8n
