    @Shawhelp trying to log in on a trusted AND previously used device and getting two step verification code that will not accept any code given. Attempted on different browsers and still get the text but unable to hit the blue sign in after entering. Browsers are updated

    @Shawhelp why has my internet been slow for the pass 4 days? located in mission and ive unplugged my router multiple times and reset it using the app. it would go back to normal for a few hours and would go back to being slow.

    Called @Shawhelp tonight for help with my elderly aunt’s cable. Nothing critical. I feel bad I didn’t catch the name of the rep. He was calm, confident, patient, knowledgeable, empathetic. Within a minute I knew he’d fix our issue and he did better than that.

    @ShawInfo terrible company with terrible customer service... How do you not offer service to the basement of a house that has service upstairs for tenants as a tenant in the basement I can't have your service but upstairs can..... Wow that makes sense...

    I just learnt tonight, after reaching out to @Shawhelp there are SERIOUS service issues in Thickwood area in #YMM. They've known about it for a while & have failed to inform customers. We have lost 90 percent of our internet speed & reliability. Completely unacceptable.

    I miss the days when you could add a device to @ShawHelp's ShawOpen wifi with just a mac address. My book reader for the blind is not able to validate a login.

    My grandfather just moved, and has been getting ****** around by Shaw. They've missed or cancelled 4 install time slots. Nothing they can do. Maybe they'll be there Saturday, they say. Maybe not. Pretty unhappy with the service, @Shawhelp.
