    @Shawhelp is there an outage in Strathmore, AB for Rogers / Shaw internet service? What is the estimated time for a fix? Your outage map says no problems.

    The service from @Shawhelp has gone downhill since @Rogers took over. Tired of the increasing costs, and poor service. Constantly dealing with “connection issues” on my TV. Long wait times for assistance from @RogersHelps and no help. UGH. What are the alternatives out there?!

    @Shawhelp No. It looks like someone found the issue when they came back to work on Monday … next time, please just have someone go to a TV and check for me please. Sometimes the easy way can be easy …

    @Rogers @Shawhelp Why does your crap router keep thinking its in Calgary ???, PITA effin hassle as google, etc think I am in that **** hole town instead of Cobble Hill, BC VANCOUVER ISLAND ... No matter the device in our home it thinks it is Calgary, PROGRAM BETTER...

    My @Shawhelp @RogersHelps cable boxes are not working. I don't think the internet is consistent either. Ever since the forced 'upgrade' from Shaw to Rogers hardware. I need a service tech on site to fix this problem. Loyal customer for over 20 years.

    @Shawhelp Because it’s a loud modem from the start/ in general. The worst modem I’ve ever had. I honestly miss our old modem.
