They are optimizing cost over service. What is the maximum tolerance for a customer, etc. it’s obviously worse for oligopoly

b ☾ (@brandobrennan) reported@Shawhelp No, the live chat people sent me to the phone number. I am trying to cancel my service as I have MOVED and no longer need my own internet. I don’t know if one single person is working the line, but this is ridiculous. Even in-store wouldn’t help me.

LFCBeatle (@richyhlfc) reported@Shawhelp I tried to speak to someone about the outage in Port Moody via the app, it links live chat to my Rogers mobile account and says that I don't have internet services with you but I do. Very poor user experience. Also there is no phone number provided. Shaw was way better.

Alex (@GoBills2112) reported@Shawhelp I already called in! As I said, I’ve been on hold for a long time and finally got through. Someone is coming to fix tomorrow evening but it’s not quick enough. Please send help faster. I was told it’s an isolated incident so there should be resources to send techs faster!

Now TELUS has these services and Rogers with Shaw does not. @Rogers Customer service should not be a hardship on hold … no clue whether we will wait hours😟
