    @Shawhelp Issues you never respond to 2 - why is there continuous poor sound quality on BBC and MSNBC (breaks up at frequent intervals). This is what I want to complain about.

    Already regretting going with @ShawInfo for internet. Currently tracking to be over a month to get connected. I'll have received two bills before I get any service. And they're already calling to sell me a more expensive option.

    @Shawhelp The BBC World listings have been hit and miss for weeks, and that show in particular is missing in your directory this weekend and next, while the listings on that Vancouver Sun site are accurate. So there's definitely an issue here; they're getting accurate info, you're not.

    I’m tired of waiting on hold @Shawhelp. I’ve already talked to an agent to let them know I’m cancelling my service. There is really no need to transfer me to “the loyalty department” to complete this cancellation request. This is very poor customer service.

    Hey @Shawhelp I spent all of my day off trying to contact you to resolve a billing issue! Can someone please get back to me. I was on hold for 3 hours and my live chat waited 5 hours before “ an error “ occurred

    For 3 years my Shaw internet has had regular intermittent outages that they couldn't fix. Instead of calling today, I used their chat service and found it to be a superior way to complain about their service and ask for support. Good on @ShawInfo for online tech support.

    Appreciate the sentiment @TELUSsupport and realize Twitter guy can only do so much. Bottom line. Not cool. Witness accounts of what occurred make me pretty angry. Issue could have been resolved with @Shawhelp without collateral damage to me and others in my building

    So. Big shout out to @TELUS. When they connected their new customer they left my @Shawhelp internet and cable off line. Perhaps many people would be interested in the side story. But I’d just prefer my hookup to be restored.
