    @Shawhelp Internet has been bad the past week and a half, but today it's getting almost unusable and is actively interfering with class work and studies. I'm in Airdrie if that helps peg down the area

    @Shawhelp ‘Bin there, done that. Some of your channels glitch, or are overly compressed, period. I’ve confirmed it at multiple locations, either you want to fix it or you don’t. I reported CNN almost two years ago. I don’t need the stress.

    @Shawhelp any issues in the Leduc area? My modem is showing everything connected but internet is so slow as to be unusable. Have already tried power-cycling the modem.

    @ShawInfo @Shawhelp unfortunately your third party service @aislelabs isn’t able to assist me (the client) i spent 2 hours with Shaw support on a their software and didn’t get what I paid for. I signed a long term contract and I unfortunately will take legal action. Thanks

    @Shawhelp These are not massive issues that you’re going to get bombarded with, but they are annoying. Your premium channels do not have the same problems which means, some channels are clearly less important.
