  It's been a rough week with our @Shawhelp service this week. 1. Automatic firmware upgrade pooched our wired internet, after 2 hours of troubleshooting where they would not accept that it was their modem causing the problems instead of all of our wired devices we got a visit /1

  I’ve literally spent over $30k on Shaw services over the years & can’t get any support - I had a similar issue 5 years ago when my cable line was cut at the telephone pole accidentally by work crews & it took two weeks to rectify @Shawhelp @ShawInfo

  I’m burning cell data because my Internet is so slow - it’s dial up speed! So, I pay 250 a month for slow internet, poor TV reception and no service.... can @TELUSsupport help me out? Bundle my phone, TV, internet and security? Because @Shawhelp doesn’t seem to want to help

  @Shawhelp Having issues with crave and internet dropping which is a consistent occurrence with Shaw. I’m just used to that at this point and no one there seems to care or interested in helping, but now crave is down... wonderful

  @ShawInfo 2) Called the helpdesk and their solution was to individually record every game instead of using the series recording feature of the PVR. LOL

  @Shawhelp trying to stream a show & it's buffering every 30sec - 1 min. Been kicked out 3 times in 45 mins. Hubby was kicked off Zoom meeting once. Have reset & turned off the WiFi on idle devices. Never had an issue with streaming & running a meeting b4. Lakewood SC, Saskatoon

  @Shawhelp Been tryna play games and my pings been jumping up lowest I can get stable is 80, fr gotta fix the internet on the west side of the city, specifically by the Grange and Lewis area
