    @Shawhelp 1. Yesterday I had an appt and prior to the appt time received two txt msgs confirming the appt or to cancel. Appt day, no tech! No calls nothing. Twittah Help they roll... Tech is located, alive but still incommunicado Eventually succumbs and reaches out...

    @ShawInfo Good Morning Shaw, I'm not a happy customer, I spent a lot of time yesterday with two support staff, and they were not able to help me with my issue. I just switch to the new BlueCurve modem. NOT HAPPY

    @ShawInfo return equipment to shaw is the worst experience ever. I've been sitting in sun ridge mall for over 30 minutes, with at least another 30 minutes to go, just so I can hand in a modem. Offer a better return of equipment possibility.

    @ShawInfo A week for a service call for TV equipment that is not working should hardly be considered acceptable. I pay for a lot of boxes and channels, and can't use any of it right now. Very disappointed.

    @Shawhelp hi I’m having issues my blue sky box. It froze on me and I’ve tried restarting it but no luck. It’s stuck on one channel, remote is unresponsive
