    @Shawhelp internet out again. Every night this week. Service call coming in 5 days. But the service person will tell me what I already know: Shaw's yearly national maintenance service is causing internet and TV pages across the country.

    @Shawhelp I even offered to drive to Shaw and do the exchange to avoid postage... The rep just kept repeating that same thing even when I asked for a supervisor. I screenshot the whole discussion. Learned from my last bad experience.

    @Shawhelp @ErikVyyc It lists all of southern Alberta to having outages but only few fix in progress for parts of Calgary no info for chestermere and been out over an hour

    So I'm a little behind on my @ShawInfo bill, but at the same time, numbers do not equal. I just found out they have been overcharging me, and now I am mad because it is 50 more than agreed and quite frankly, the service is barely worth our original terms! They want $150 extra!

    @Shawhelp Just had one of the worst customer service experiences with online agent Onika WYN6 couldn’t give me a definitive answer on why outage page was wrong and then just left the conversation before I was finished 🤬

    @Shawhelp is there an outage in southeastern Alberta? No outage notice but resetting the router has not helped.

    @Shawhelp horrible customer service. I’ve been calling Shaw almost everyday for the past 2 weeks and no one has helped. And when I ask for a manager, ppl hang up. May have to change my services.

    @Shawhelp Again, our internet is out. Every night this week at 8;30 pm until late the next morning our internet goes offline. I've been trying to tell you and your agents this. One agent made a service call for me but only because none of you would admit that Shaw is causing these outages
