@Shawhelp is a total joke ! 2 of their technicians failed to hook me up wit #bluecurve properly now they never showed up for my appointment today ! Now want to re bookme for the 28th of November I’ve been waiting since November 3 what joke !!

@ShawInfo - can you please let your customers in Richmond BC know that you’re having internet issues. It’s four evenings in a row now that we’re experiencing unstable connectivity and we’re tired of it.
@Shawhelp what kind of customer service is this . I chose your call back option and you called me back as I was the next caller. I’ve been on hold now for 45 minutes..
@Marissanochill @Shawhelp Tweet what happened to Shawhelp or Shaw in general, they asked me to DM them and got it all figured out very fast! Alternatively you could go on hold for 2 hours and they should be able to do it over the phone. Don't go into the KP store, they won't help and just rebook you.
Mostly I’m just doing this to see if anyone is even monitoring the @shawhelp @shawinfo twitter account. Seeing as that’s one of the ways they tell you to seek support. I’m gonna go with no. No people. And prolly a busted algorithm.
I’m just gonna keep rage tweeting about how awful @shawinfo @shawhelp customer service is until someone picks up the damn phone. 20+ minutes on hold. For a callback (the thing so you don’t have to hold). Unreal. Hire more people. This is atrocious.
So 2 senior @TELUS technicians spent 2 hours at the house AND the sound problem still not fixed. I think this is visit number 6!My frustration level is at an all time high. Returning to Shaw is looking more appealing @TELUSsupport @ShawInfo
Kudos to the individual running the @Shawhelp account. Someone at @ShawInfo completely messed up my account setup and I lost service. @Shawhelp calmly fixed all the issues and dealt with my frustrations. Thank you for the help even though this shouldn’t have happened!!

But there is one flaw with the application system @Shawhelp. Why can I only allowed 3 devices at one time. A customer should be able to use the Television BlueCurve Free TV application on a minimum of 10 devices. cc @ShawInfo
I'm on hold with @Shawhelp . I opted for the call back so I wouldn't have to sit on hold. @Shawhelp called me back over 30mins ago & I'm still on hold. I want to throttle the super annoying pitch woman telling me about chat help, which is not an option for my issue. INFURIATING!
@Shawhelp I think they shouldn't be allowed to punish those with good internet through their manipulation Not a problem with any other company So I'm going to inform internet company's of this issue because it effects them and their consumers, Those who pay for a top connection deserve it
@Shawhelp It's a problem on electronic arts titles, Players with great connections are have unplayable lag and those with mobile phone WiFi are getting great connections, It means the better the internet the worse the Connection, It works directly against your company's service
