@Shawhelp That may be so, but hanging up early, without warning, without finishing the call is unacceptable. I've never had a job where I can just hang up on a customer because I'm punching out.

@ShawInfo Except you're also cutting service to ppl who need it & have been living on very limited income right now. Small business owners who've seen their income disappear, single parents, kids!

@Cdblesch @Shawhelp @TELUS @TELUSsupport If you do get bluecurve and get the service that they say they give great. But obviously that’s not happening. With Internet 300 ..... I was getting 24 max..... 😤

@Jfthomp94 @ShawInfo Definitely not, I’ve been using Telus for a while now, and as their customer, it’s been pretty solid. Equipment worked on arrival. In my experience, chat is just there for upsell.
