    @Shawhelp repeat signal cutoff on internet and television for past week and a half. tv had become unwatchable, internet disconnects at various times at least once an hour, sometimes more. lower mainland area. is this going to get fixed, or should we just go to telus?

    @Shawhelp I did, it's actually just Sportsnet channel 205 doesn't work, I pay and subscribe to it, haven't seen where one channel won't work

    There we go. Combined Internet and ported a few Koodo numbers to @Shawhelp Mobile. Now the whole household is on Shaw Internet and cellular service and saving money. :)

    @Shawhelp why is my internet keep going in and out? It said that there was an outage in Manitoba but it’s apparently been resolved. What gives?

    hmmm. Sounds like @Shawhelp should work on improving internet dependability for a business relying on the wifi for their coffee payment… The outage affected an entire neighbourhood last time, so most businesses can’t receive payments. This is Banff Trail district in Calgary

    @Shawhelp Any issues Southern Vancouver Island? Gateway won't restart, phone wait 68 min (37 in) waiting to Whatsapp and chat Vancouver the site for over 20 on each

    @Shawhelp @emmaparadis There was definitely an outage in Langford today. Myself and other neighbours all reported no internet at the same time for at least 30 minutes.
