@Shawhelp @langleyjwr The power outage in that area started at 9pm (from the fire) last night, and your service went down at 7am today, not exactly in alignment. Only 148 customers affected by power, seems like far more by this, and the updates do not tell us when we can expect service restored

@shenif @ShawInfo Lmao. All cell phone providers were having problems but I did not have any with my shaw. So at most it dealt with the same problems. Myself and two family members all have shaw without issue. I had a 30 min convo zero issue yesterday.

@Shawhelp @NL66_ You folks are not listening....your status page gives zero info on estimated ETA of this outage?....in general, how long will we be out for?? An hour, 6 more hrs, the rest of the day?? People need to plan!
