Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported@M_S_Fricker @ShawInfo @RogersHelps The average time I've been on hold for tech support is 45 min+. Rogers doesn't want you to get any help from a human being - they want you to do everything online yourself despite the fact most tech problems can't be helped online. And the music sucks!

Eden☦️ (@eden14900) reported@Shawhelp Outage issues in north haven
-
Heldy (@HeldyCarvalho) reported@Shawhelp @Rogers @RogersHelps I have been with Shaw 10+ years. They used to use automatic card updating services that update expiry dates automatically. Rogers does not use that. Does not notify users. Just charges them $70. At least tell users that service is removed.

Tyler ❄☕☃ (@Valomir) reported@Shawhelp There was no known outage. My mo-... *sob* my modem reached the end of it's lifecycle. It died doing it's duty; providing me with high speed internet access both via internet and Wi-Fi. *sob* I am forever grateful for its service and will cherish the memories we made.

Don T Beakunt (@truebusterflash) reported@Shawhelp Your link says outages are unavailable. wtf?
-
Roselle E (@RoselleE14) reported@Shawhelp @Shawhelp yes agreed and it would be helpful if you had a public resource not one only within your account. Even when I look in our account it simply only says network outage since 7:35am and that it is being looked into. @bchydro does this very well and is transparent

Ugabug (@MaryPChipman) reported@Shawhelp Now that there's no cable anymore, is the TV signal going to cut out whenever - like now? Our WiFi was fine.
