    @Shawhelp @ShawInfo Shaw Help, you seem cool. No one, I repeat, NO ONE wants to see virtue signal advertising. So my suggestion is to take your entire marketing budget, and use it to lower Shaw's monthly fees as low as possible. Canadians are tired of being gouged. People will pay attention to that.

    @Shawhelp We are part of the outage associated with the router issue that started yesterday. My husband is a computer programmer and went through all the strategies suggested by your techs. Still nothing.

    @ShawInfo Enough data? .Unlimited internet? I haven't had internet in 14 days and counting. I wonder if I will ever have internet again. Don't let @Shawhelp @shawinfo fool you. When your contract is up look elsewhere. If you aren't a customer than don't become one. Don't get trapped.

    @Shawhelp Unfortunately the support team could care less. I've been a customer for 20 years. I've had no internet for 10 days and it will be 14 by the time another tech shows up. I can't understand how you can force me to wait another week when the problem wasn't fixed the first time

    @Shawhelp I dm'd. It's an issue with the firmware update that affects people with a specific router, so it may not register as a major outage. It is major for those affected, though.

    Looking for an #internet provider. Please think again if you are looking @ShawInfo @Shawhelp. I'm a 20 year customer and have had no internet for 10 days with no end in sight. #poorcustomerservice doesn't think it's a priority to get it fixed. Please look for a #reliable option.
