BEST PART after repairing the malfunctioning hardware causing our intermittent wifi issues (Shaw’s problem, not mine!) the @ShawInfo tech misdiagnosed our Ethernet issue. I graciously offered him coaching.

I still don't know how Telus is still in business. I ordered their services 2 weeks ago and nothing was done. NOTHING. I ordered Shaw internet YESTERDAY and TODAY (it just arrived!), it is in my hands! @ShawInfo 10x0 @TELUS Shaw has better customer service and are more efficient!
