Was assured it would be plug n play as there is already Shaw service there. The plan was to pick up the router on the 24th now I am concerned I won’t be able to do that

If this continues, I’m going to ask for a discounted rate, or change providers to either @Bell or @TELUS. $110 dollars for this kind of service is uncalled for.
