    @Shawhelp consulted with Shaw professionals at a retail outlet 2 wks ago with my addrs. Was assured it would be plug n play as there is already Shaw service there. The plan was to pick up the router on the 24th now I am concerned I won’t be able to do that

    Jeebus @Shawhelp why is the internet such a pile of delay at 3:00 in the morning? This is Dalhousie, Calgary and I constantly have to renew the DHCP lease just to get google earth to refresh. It doesn’t even matter which room I’m in or which network I am using.

    @NapsAndSarcasm @Shawhelp The square thing is beside every tv; my modem is on the main floor (recommended by shaw) and I have a network switch thingy in the basement) when I signed up for blue curve I was told I’d be getting portals that could hardwire directly to the tv via Ethernet. They lied
