    @Shawhelp consulted with Shaw professionals at a retail outlet 2 wks ago with my addrs. Was assured it would be plug n play as there is already Shaw service there. The plan was to pick up the router on the 24th now I am concerned I won’t be able to do that

    @StanPP7 Apropos of nothing, I couldn't help but notice this morning that one instance (in the 1400 block W Broadway) of the free #ShawGo #WiFi that @Shawhelp rolled out last March -- to help everyone "work remotely" -- was gone. #Vancouver

    @Shawhelp That never helps, that's why they call me. 1000 MB of space is simply not enough. Gmail offers 10 GB, Telus offers 15 GB. Hard drive space is cheap.

    @Shawhelp This is on your side. Worked with a Customer Service rep for 90 minutes and she said there’s nothing you can do about your own company. Looks like it might be time to switch to Bell.

    @Shawhelp Hard to tell you what my favourite video game is when ping to all the game servers is still over 100 for a majority of those in Edmonton due to the routing. So gaming for all of us sucks right now. Not to mention the lag.

    @Shawhelp my internet is down for 24 hours and I receive no signal on my modem. There’s no help received from the rep except telling me there’s power outage. All power outage has been restored and I can see my neighbor’s shaw modem is up but not mine. Please HELP!!!!!

    Signed up with Shaw Internet on March 10th. Turns out they don't service our building and the account should never have been set up. Wasted an hour on the phone and half a day off work. And *I* had to call Shaw to initiate the refund. AWFUL customer service. @ShawInfo @Shawhelp
