    @Shawhelp -tried to use on line help. Getting pixelization only ony TSN / SNP / Golf channel. All other channels fine. Disconnected canle/power 2-3 times. This has been going on for over two weeks! How can I get a tech out or how do I fix this problem?

    @Shawhelp people would be stupid to add cable packages. you can stream almost anything now with just an internet connection.
