    @Shawhelp I just got a replacement remote, URC2020. Was able to set up the TV part to turn on and off but nothing else works. No guide, no volume nothing. I looked at the website found no help. Any suggestions? Thanks

    @Shawhelp @Meldes13 BTW, you can tell how far behind your box is by going to the weather network or CNN and seeing how far behind their clock is compared to your phone’s clock. My hardwired box is about 5 seconds. Wireless is probably 30, like you said.

    @ShawInfo who could contact me about a client retention help I'd like to ask for. I am a client, moving to an area in Delta, BC where Shaw internet is not yet available, asking for options to stay on as a Shaw mobile client with 5 lines without losing the current mobile pricing.
