    @Shawhelp My internet is still down in Vancouver near Hastings park….since last night at 6pm. Online says it’s been resolved…but it clearly hasn’t as I still have no WiFi or cable. Please fix this.

    @Shawhelp The big issue is the original box I got from #ShawCable when I renewed my contract in September was the wrong box and not supporting channels for the package I have. Then shaw sends refurbished box for the replacement of the original so technically I never had a new one..

    @Shawhelp @YEGonewheel Been out for 3 hours on the coldest day of the year. 2nd time in a month it's gone down in Oliver for hours. Not a great look.

    @Shawhelp More accurately, you train your online representatives to follow a script and logic pattern. They are far to zealous for booking an appointment with a trained technician as they have no knowledge of fixing problems themselves.

    @Shawhelp you’re help isn’t very helpful. A part you supplied malfunctioned and I have to pay to replace it. A service you say you provide doesn’t work and customer service gives me the runaround…. Telus is starting to look like a good option right now.

    @Shawhelp So you’re saying I should order my centre ice package directly from the NHL instead of paying Shaw for the sub standard feed. My friends who bought directly have had no problems with the feed. That tells me it’s Shaw that is the problem.
