    Five days without ANYTHiNG wireless because @Shawhelp bluecurve modem goes down and needs a swap out. What the hell. You’re looking better everyday Telus, and I’m only two months in

    @Shawhelp @Harleydadd The irony of it is I actually had to turn off wifi and go on data to use Twitter as the wifi is down as always. Today I refuse to get on my knees & crawl under my TV for Shaw. We live in a main city not in the country. I will be WiFi less today as I contact my new provider.

    Waiting on @Shawhelp to arrive so we can replace our joke of a @TELUS package and actually get some decent customer support and internet service. I’ve never been so upset with a company’s lack of basic customer service. Encouraging all my friends and family to move off of Telus
