    But tech support insisted that was the case and I’d be able to login again later that afternoon. Went to login just now and surprise surprise, still not fixed. When will this ACTUALLY be fixed @Shawhelp ?

    Shaw mobile is the biggest dumpster fire of a company I’ve ever dealt with. 2 weeks with them and my service is suspended for not paying my bill which isn’t due for 2 weeks. Not to mention the poorer than expected coverage area. Brutal. @shawhelp

    @TELUSsupport is there a way of finding out when a neighbourhood will get Fibre Optics installed for fast internet home service. I have been struggling with @Shawhelp while working from home and am looking for consistent options.

    @ShawInfo Getting 77mbps on 300mbs plan all the time and when asked for a modem upgrade which ppl are getting for free, Shaw wants more money ! Pathetic services all the time…regret my 3yrs with Shaw..time for upgrade @TELUSsupport HELP
