    @Shawhelp is there any reason why the Wi-Fi is cutting out repeatedly in stony plain? It’s been happening all weekend but got really bad this morning.

    @Shawhelp I am a very unhappy customer. Spent one hour on the chat line waiting for customer service agent. Then he said he couldn’t help me and a phone. When I called and got through to someone, the lady was lovely. Transferred me to customer service and it was closed.

    No stream today as the internet issues are back. Weirdly consistent numbers on up/down speeds, and ping when this happens. Almost like @ShawInfo is throttling our connection.

    @Shawhelp Just ch 199 in Victoria . I just got thru on phone. Agent has worked with back office and confirmed the issue. Back office is escalating with channel provider. “THe Frame” Said it might take a day or two but should be fixed. Cheers.

    Hey @Shawhelp why has my internet gone down 2 times in the last week? Not very impressed.
