    Shaw is down again! Shaw went down at July 18, 2021 at 09:55PM in Langley. Im extremely unhappy with this service and home that it will be online soon, I pay to much for the WiFi to be down again! Please fix this problem as soon as possible. shawhelp

    @Shawhelp For anyone seeing this. If you get a text like this and you reply to this text, they don’t actually do anything. You just get a generic apology but no real action or solution.

    Just had a awful experience with the most obtuse customer service rep at Shaw. They are turning into Rogers quicker then expected. @ShawInfo

    @saveonfoods @MohammedJenifer No it's not, your website is working fine. The problem is that @Shawhelp has some DNS servers that are (erroneously) saying the domain doesn't exist.

    @Shawhelp are there network issues in Cochrane, Alberta? Calls to shaw mobile numbers give "busy" signal or error message saying all circuits are busy.
