    @Shawhelp today is the third day I have been trying to contact your technical support and it is heartbreaking. On one of those days I waited on the call for over 5 hours and no one answered. Can someone reach out to me please? Thank you.

    @Shawhelp Yes, I didn’t even unbox this new one. I had contacted support immediately after taking the package from Purolator because the box looked trashed. My problem was the lady on support said nothing about bew hardware or when it might come, just the email with the QR Fed Ex label

    @Shawhelp is there an internet outage in Winnipeg. North Kildonan region? Myself and Shaw using neighbors are all having issues this morning. Cant access the outage map since it's stuck on British Columbia for some reason and your apps won't log in. Not that they ever work anyway

    Another outage @Shawhelp. Third today and second full, long outage in just over a week. Open ticket but no communication to customers on their website for any of it.

    @Shawhelp You have NO IDEA how inconvenient it is, especially when you are in the middle of transferring between flights and hotels and your email is down.
