  @Shawhelp Speeds anywhere from 2 MBPS to about 25 mbps DL. Many turn off and back on's, 2 techs who've changed out modems, same techs have said it's not in our house. Going on 3 wks of this, I work from home. Fast, reliable internet is a must for my job. Help needed 2 wks ago.

  @ShawInfo 3 weeks to fix internet being slower than dial up on your internet 300 package, switched to fibre 500, modem died in 5 days. A week for a new modem. Great customer service. I miss when you employed techs that could address issues promptly. profits over people, right?

  @Shawhelp, the signal for most channels in North Vancouver is pretty bad. Some satelitte channels (eg CNN, Knowledge) ok but locals & Seattle unwatchable. Picture & sound breaking up. Happens periodically but worse today. Shaw used to be rock solid. What's up?

  @Shawhelp Are you aware that TSN/Sportsnet/CBC have picture issues during hockey games? It happens on my feed here in Calgary and was happening on feeds on my parents TV in Vancouver. Been going on for weeks. Picture will randomly break up...
