    I will, in the near future, be seeking several months worth of free service from @shawinfo for having to spend 3 hours explaining basic concepts of Canadian television to their support staff, and then having that support staff tell me things that are untrue.

    @Shawhelp Wow made payment on Saturday service restored but cut off this morning after an hour on hold just had the most infuriating conversation with you rep. Take people’s money and provide no service what a wonderful company to deal with

    @Shawhelp It's now been three straight weeks where we've had an outage at some point in the day. Can't believe what I'm paying for this service, and I'm losing money on the other end because I can't work from home without it.

    @GroseAndrew @Shawhelp I thought it was just me. It was like every show I watched was incorporating the “Soprano Finale” every 30 seconds. Shaw is bad and getting worse.

    @Shawhelp Why do you guys CONSTANTLY screw up the GUIDE. Today, for example, your guide shows that Tennis is on TSN 4... but it turns out to be USA v GERMANY in the WHC. This happens ALL THE TIME. Get your **** together!!!
