@adilally3 @TELUSsupport @Shawhelp Shaw for me has been the crappiest service provider on the west coast, literally CABLE shared split net speeds with massive drops in service often.

@Shawhelp ******* hell!! You guys wouldn’t let us change our services, I can’t get consistency between the “Customer Care” and “Customer Success “ teams!! ABSOLUTELY REDUNDANT!! Our bill is stupid, we can never verify ourselves with your CSR’s!! THEY NEVER HAVE A CLUE WHAT TO DO!

So annoyed with @Bell, called to cancel service due to getting an offer from @ShawInfo that was half my current bill. So @bell decides to match that offer, where was this before? These companies need to take better care of their current customers, not when they're trying to leave
