Lol googling “shaw outage” brings ads to switch to telus fibre… which coincidentally is being installed in the same area as today’s (continued) outage. And nothing of value offered by @Shawhelp to help business and home customers 🙄

Shaw cable out @Shawhelp chat won’t open, I do not have the patience to wait on hold for an hour+ I’ve unplugged everything, plugged it all back in to get the same damn msgs “connecting to your entertainment experience” for 30min then tighten your cables&restart RDK10000 Repeat

@ShawInfo your company is horrible. I'm trying to solve a problem and your customer service agents are trolling me. I asked for a supervisor and the dude couldn't stop saying, "so I'm understanding you want a manager?" I couldn't hear him say it anymore. I gave the account #.

The worst part of upgrading the Cable Tv box is that channel surfing now includes "you're not subscribed to this channel" 🙄 Is there any way to hide unsubscribed channels so I can channel surf in peace or is this just a fun feature of capitalism? @Shawhelp

@Shawhelp Yes there is. Service outage. A very very long, all business day, service outage. Seems impossible for the capital city, but here we are. I can't roll my eyes with enough intensity.
