@Shawhelp They never responded so I just power cycled the modem myself but with my shingles it hurt so much I was left crying in pain. Had to take extra painkillers because of this. Wish your equipment was reliable. Also a hearty **** YOU for putting me through this

@Shawhelp It's been ongoing for over a month. Everytime I call, I get the same advice "turn your router off and on", but this is a neighborhood problem and everyone is being told the same thing. It's an infrastructure problem, not a customer equipment problem
