@Shawhelp this customer service is horrible. We've been waiting for hours, through the phone, through the online chat, through Twitter DMs. No response, were about to cancel our service if we don't get a response.

  • gliverpool9966 The G.F. Liverpool™© (@gliverpool9966) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba

But there is one flaw with the application system @Shawhelp. Why can I only allowed 3 devices at one time. A customer should be able to use the Television BlueCurve Free TV application on a minimum of 10 devices. cc @ShawInfo

  • TiffanyKalanj Tiffany Kalanj (@TiffanyKalanj) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

Word to the wise- don’t use @ShawInfo - they added charges to my bill and I’ve been bounced from messenger, phone and now “email” customer service reps each time I’m told “sorry I’m not able to help me”. Careful - don’t sign a contract. #shady

  • regattabred Mark Thirtle (@regattabred) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia

So @Shawhelp today makes 3 appointments and 3 no shows by your technical team, delightful service. Don’t worry I will call in again and wait on hold for 45 minutes.

@Shawhelp Picked up my Blue Curve self install kit today... everything’s ready to go, guide states that I need to contact you to finalize since I have existing service.

  • LyverJohn Jason Lyver (@LyverJohn) reported from Calgary, Alberta

Another day and yet @Shawhelp @ShawInfo is yet not solving the issue just keep saying it is on the back end. This lack of service and answers is not good enough.

  • ImprintWeddings Christine March (@ImprintWeddings) reported from Collingwood, Ontario

@Shawhelp 4 emails received within 2 hours. (Two from Payment; 2 from Message Centre). Asking me to click on a link to update my payment info to avoid service disruption. I don’t use a credit card. Online payments only.
