@Shawhelp imaging having a 400ft cat 5 cable running through your yard (above ground) for 18+ months and not being able to get any help on when the line will be buried or the original line repaired

  • seesthedanger SteveO #SlavaUkraini (@seesthedanger) reported

@Shawhelp My "Dual Band Wireless USB Adapter" that receives the signal from the Router. Distance and barriers play a part in how good the reception is. The computer must be about 8 years old but I upgraded the adapter years ago with a far better one than stock.

  • WerdEmUp Candidate for the Prime Minister of Canada (@WerdEmUp) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@Shawhelp Never unplug the power when doing a firmware update. No wonder you deprecate so many device models.

  • shanestweetsyo Sha Ne (@shanestweetsyo) reported

@Shawhelp I miss you and I should never have cheated on you with @TELUSsupport also I am typing this on my phone because my TELUS internet is down….again.

  • MAAWLAW Mark Warner (@MAAWLAW) reported

“Globalive Capital has offered $3.75B to buy back @FreedomMobile… a business Globalive founded in 2008 before selling it to @ShawInfo… in 2016… Last week, Globalive bolstered its bid by announcing a [20-year ] network and spectrum-sharing deal with @Telus…”🤔 #competition

@Shawhelp Like anywhere else I have tried the Shaw Go wifi, it doesn’t work at the hospice and I am not asking that you come onto the property without permission. I’m asking that you consider the hospice as a charity you support so that wifi is accessible to patients in end of life.

  • meier_j Jeff Meier (AZ + Pfizer1 + Pfizer2 + Omicron) (@meier_j) reported

@Shawhelp They are sending out another tech, but that is unlikely to help much as they have done that before. Last tech didn't even bother to call me.

  • StephCritter StephCrit (@StephCritter) reported

@Shawhelp My internet has been shutting off intermittently for a week every hour or so. I’m in Winnipeg and am hearing your upgrade the service. Why haven’t you communicated this to customers impacted by these repairs? This is absurd.

  • kevomics kevomics (@kevomics) reported

@ShawInfo @TreeCanada I can hear your wifi. the blue curve modems are emitting something audible - not just device/electronics hum - the EMF is AUDIBLE. Like, bone resonance or something. Any place with Shaw modem has this issue. Needs to be addressed

  • hockeyrep Greg Simpson (@hockeyrep) reported
