@Shawhelp My Rogers Xfinity box keeps dropping the Wi-Fi signal almost every day. Sometimes unplugging it and plugging it back in fixes the problem, but not today. The Wi-Fi itself is working just fine.

@ShawInfo I did not cancel my account and I’m being billed for cancellation and device return. I’ve already filed a CCTS complaint against Rogers and will do so for Shaw if this is not reversed.

@Shawhelp We can change the password no problem on the webmail site. This photo came from my phone so this is were the IMAP’s problem is. I am On a iPhone I can change it on the app and this still happens even after I have restarted my iPhone. I spoke to someone at the London drugs and he

@Shawhelp There has to be more urgent help available? My internet will be out for 40 hours by the time an agent will come to fix! That’s unacceptable. Two employment incomes depend on this as we work from home. This is ridiculous. I’m thinking about canceling at the end of my contract
