@Shawhelp picture and sound glitches out every few minutes and every other few minutes the screen will go black for at least a second. Tough to watch. I have rebooted everything and the problem remains. Just moved to Shaw a week ago, internet seems fine but TV is not. Any ideas?

@Shawhelp Thanks. Not right now. We had set up a change of services but due to the complexity of the home network this was scheduled for Friday. We called to ask a few questions about the tv pods (doesn’t work with bridge modem) and the agent switched our services without authorization.
