@Shawhelp @north_synergy has yet to even offer some type of support. The best thing they have told me was we will send someone to check out the dangling cord, then they split it in half, left one side across the road and the other against the home and said it’s Shaw’s issue now and left???

  • KenEscueta Ken Escueta (@KenEscueta) reported

@Shawhelp 4 days without internet and no end in sight. This is unreal. If you are in the #Brentwood area and thinking of Shaw in 2023 - don't do it. They have unreliable lines in the area. Support is helpless and will only point their updates on their status page. #shawinternet

@bee2216 @TELUS @ShawInfo I was shocked when I discovered I was paying that much more for the same package. Discovering that definitely pushed me more towards Shaw. But I've heard some things about Shaws service so I thought I'd do a poll & see who wins in the services dept before deciding lol.

  • BCKenzee M McKenzie (@BCKenzee) reported

@bee2216 @TELUS @ShawInfo I've been comparing packages between telus & Shaw today. It appears the package I have with telus I can get for $45 a month cheaper with Shaw. I'm just not sure how their customer service or quality of their services are. I've had way too many issues with telus in the past year.

  • Andiejoan andra frank (@Andiejoan) reported

@UkraizyCanadian @Shawhelp @ShawInfo I gave up on the box after multiple problems and hours on the phone. If u can just stream u might lose some stations but it is worth not having the hassle.

  • ChrisNarduzzi Chris Narduzzi 🐶 (@ChrisNarduzzi) reported

@Shawhelp I'm guessing no one is around to address the internet/TV issues I'm having. Neither are working. Is there an outage in the area?

  • ChrisNarduzzi Chris Narduzzi 🐶 (@ChrisNarduzzi) reported

@ShawInfo is there a service disruption for tv/internet in Langley BC? Neither of those are working

  • MusashiGauss Musashi Gauss (@MusashiGauss) reported

@Shawhelp @CalgaryShane Thats the same language they used in outages affecting other communities yesterday. Precanned and probably an excuse for short staffing. Two day outage in this day and age? really?

  • MusashiGauss Musashi Gauss (@MusashiGauss) reported

@Shawhelp @CTVCalgary @GlobalCalgary CTV or Global please help us. Internet outage in Christie and Strathcona for two days. No answers or ETA from Shaw. Help us get some action or even real answers please.

  • CalgaryShane Shane Westcott (@CalgaryShane) reported

@Shawhelp I do believe it, but I don't understand the update. They 'did' work through the night, or they 'will' work through the night because they know service will be out overnight? My point on this thread is that the update is useful when it's informative. Is there an ETA?
