Karen (@ksavvy31) reported5/ ok.. @Shawhelp it took 3 boxes and transformers to blow up before anyone would attempt to look at it. Shaw repair guy finally showed up. These seniors were without a landline for 4 days. The agents on the phone told ppl to stop calling they can’t help. How awful!
