    After two more missed appointments today, I finally gave on getting my services installed by @telus. So I switched over to @ShawInfo, who gave me a great deal. Funny thing is, I was perfectly happy with my @telus service, until the forced me to "upgrade".

    @Shawhelp Is there currently any outage in lower mainland BC? No home internet - we've tried resetting the router. Router is fine but no internet.

    @Shawhelp it is literally all, or nearly all, of them. they constantly switch numbers or I would simply block them. some providers allow you to block entire area codes; as long as the calls went to voicemail and I could whitelist people on my contact list, this would solve my problem.

    @Shawhelp We have been in constant contact with Support almost weekly. To be blunt, we need solutions not more chat.

    @Shawhelp cannot believe it is happening again for several days always from mid evening - TV feed blacks out for several seconds every 10-30 seconds. Increasing in frequency and lengtg. Had a few support calls on this not establishing cause before requiring a reset a Shaws end.
