    @Shawhelp My mom has been trying to get a hold of you for a week. Today she was waiting on the phone for 2 hrs & the call was disconnected. Then another hr & was disconnected again. What would be the best way to get a hold of you? This is a time sensitive issue. Thank you! :)

    @Shawhelp i’ve been without full access to my cable since december 30th. i’ve talked to 15+ agents since then and had a technician come out to take a look at everything. promise after promise to fix it, nothing has improved. i was even sent a new cable box and NOTHING

    @Shawhelp I did your call back feature and I’ve been the next person in queue for over 20 mins. Been trying to chat with an online agent but now he’s had to step away from his desk?? Wtf how do I speak to a real person??????

    @KoorikiFox I requested a call back from a supervisor from @Shawhelp and it never happened. The tech that did this should be written up. Horribly unacceptable sloppy, unauthorized and lazy work.
