@Shawhelp I could not connect Shaw mobile on my iPhone or other devices. So I called on my Shaw Home Phone. The rep was an idiot. They would not act, except to offer to flash tge home modem. My issue has nothing to do with the modem in my home! Engineered confusion, by Shaw

@Shawhelp and im sure there has been contact but i tune in every day to him stream and its constant not a day goes by that there is major problems. I really hope yall do get it fixed i bounce around alot of streamers and am part of a huge community. he has what it takes to be huge1/2

@Shawhelp I’ve done that. Talked to rep he said he would call back internet has cut out twice. Spent 22mins on hold again to get the call disconnected again! No one has called from the ticket I made. This needs to be resolved or I will have to call sasktel to come in and install internet!
