  • KCwvbc kc ⚖️🏴‍☠️🇨🇦 (@KCwvbc) reported

@Shawhelp Any idea why our main cable box repeatedly loses the signal? Other boxes still work. Happened 4 times in a half hour. Very very frustrating.

  • Satori232323 Satori 🌏✨ (@Satori232323) reported

@Shawhelp Thanks. Not right now. We had set up a change of services but due to the complexity of the home network this was scheduled for Friday. We called to ask a few questions about the tv pods (doesn’t work with bridge modem) and the agent switched our services without authorization.

  • jessicastocco Jessica Stocco 🦄 (@jessicastocco) reported

@ShawInfo fyi your newer remotes are the worst. The buttons are small and harder to press. The last version was the best and I wish you would go back. I hate my new remote.

  • dianamoher Diana Moher (@dianamoher) reported

@Shawhelp once again a service call to troubleshoot your equipment on Gabriola Is. for an external wifi booster on a power pole has been cancelled. We seem unable to make it clear it’s your equipment having trouble. @frankmoher

  • DiceNine Mike & Nicole (@DiceNine) reported

@Shawhelp is there an outage in Coquitlam BC? No TV and I'm not able to login to myshaw

  • sharondaniel91 Sharon Daniel 🍀 (@sharondaniel91) reported

1/2 What’s the process of suing for not providing the service they promise. False Advertisement @ShawInfo @Shawhelp @ShawDirect advertising gig Ore gig1.5 providing 700 to 940 then saying it’s acceptable

  • Justin_Nomura_ Justin Nomura aka @VanCity_J_NO (@Justin_Nomura_) reported

@Shawhelp Thanks for the response but I think your company should have one person to make sure it is correct. Do no lay blame on broadcasters. Also why show blackout channels, why not just delete them? I look forward to watching a game in Toronto and when time comes it is blacked out.

  • angelangienash Angie Nash (@angelangienash) reported

@shawhelp you have no customer loyalty appreciation. I’m appalled at the disgusting treatment I got after being a customer for 23 years. What a joke! Turn ur nose up after I described my grief and depression. GO ANYWHERE BUT SHAW- DONT LEAVE TELUS

  • UkraizyCanadian Marlana 🇺🇦🇨🇦 (@UkraizyCanadian) reported

@timpostie @GlobalBC That's the problem with using a horrible song in a commercial. I know it's an ad for Shaw (@ShawInfo?), but that's about it. So much for getting our attention. I don't care what it's for. Just the first few notes listening to that, we always switch the channel.

@Shawhelp Hey Kyle. Support set me straight by having me unplug and reconnect the system to reboot it. Thanks for your help!
