    Did @Shawhelp seriously just tank Edmonton and surrounding area’s internet? Wow. I miss @TELUS. I never had any outages like this when I was with them. This is crazy.

    @Shawhelp @stuolmstead Secondly, a call to replace a box shouldn’t take 45 minutes. That’s an easy win for customer service. Oh the thing we rent you broke, we’ll send you a new one. Whatever happened behind the scenes turned a potential “awesome thanks!” into a “FINALLY, click”

    1st wait 3 hours, 2nd call waited 2.5 hours, 3rd call waited an hour. When it seems to be improving the rep said she will transfer me to account services but instead doesn’t transfer my call or hang up. I can hear all the chatting in the background. Wow! Great service @ShawInfo
