    @Shawhelp I have already ordered your replacment and I will be switching as soon as it arrives .... I will just let the remaining contract with you run out and expire naturally ....I just wanted to let you know here that you lost a customer AND why. Not looking for more false promises

    Hey @ShawInfo - how about hiring more service folks for the evening shift? It’s taken more than an hour to try fix our issue via ‘message us’ bcs our tech keeps vanishing, and now they’ve remotely disconnected our WiFi on top of everything else. 🤬

    @Shawhelp Thanks. I took the 2 minutes and filled out the "channel request form". I look forward to seeing GamePlusNetwork on your fine roster of channels. It's out of my hands now. If/When it happens, I'll start a new service contract with Shaw.

    @Shawhelp you know what? I am almost done with you guys ... your service is horrible. I can't go 2 days without losing my connection ... this is unacceptable. I will be cancelling my subscription when my contract is up and no there is "nothing you can do" at this point. I am done.

    @Shawhelp My pvr HD box stopped working. Done all the normal things to reset it. Shaw technical service was no help. Took our other pvr and connected it to the same cable outlet and it works fine, so I know it’s the box. Can I just go to a Shaw office and get a new box?

    @Shawhelp I am having massive trouble connecting my smart device to the bluecurve router. Mini home, nest and geeni. I had no issues before switching to the new router. I have been combing databases but have found no solutions. What am I missing?
