@Shawhelp Thanks Darren. I called back and we got the internet fixed. I thought it might be a simple issue and it turned out it was! No need for a tech anymore. Your service centre is sending out new cables and a new splitter. I appreciate your message and service.

  • RayzerRamone Ray Morgan (@RayzerRamone) reported

@Shawhelp When we first got a bluecurve, but it didn't seem to make a difference. We even had it replaced when there was other issues. This one we didn't reset it. It's our second router. I even put an other wifi router and we had the same issues. Maybe something in settings?

Holy frick @Shawhelp your chat bot linked to the small business login goes to residential services support. Found out after wasting 20 minutes there. Now I’ve been on hold for 15 on the phone. This is terrible customer service.

  • RayzerRamone Ray Morgan (@RayzerRamone) reported

@Shawhelp I am having massive trouble connecting my smart device to the bluecurve router. Mini home, nest and geeni. I had no issues before switching to the new router. I have been combing databases but have found no solutions. What am I missing?
