    @Shawhelp @Mcfulton5 Hey Grace me again, this happens every Sunday at the end of the Sunday Night Football game. If Shaws back end team hasn’t figured out a fix by now there’s a bigger internal issue. All a customer wants to know now is what compensation can we expect on next months bill?
