    Hey @TELUSsupport I've had your Fibre since 9:30 AM and had two outages already. Come bring a box and pick up your crap I'm in Didsbury I'll stay with @Shawhelp. Tired of sitting on hold on the phone with you.

    @DaveBoyle3rd @TELUSsupport @Shawhelp I am on hold with Telus as well, i have the same issue since last week. So i believe it's a know issue but not known to Telus.

    @CanadianPooch @Shawhelp I have it bridged to a router but it's not any better. I'm also connected by Ethernet, my download is amazing but upload is garbage

    I’ve been charged full price ($500+) for @Novusnow TV box that is years outdated and doesn’t work anymore with their new tech, because I haven’t returned it (wasn’t contacted). He’ll of a way to treat a 10+ year loyal customer. What’s better these days @TELUS or @ShawInfo ?
