@Shawhelp Literal months of terrible internet. The moment spring/summer came around I've been getting blackouts and slowdowns so bad that if I want to watch or do anything internet related I need to plan the download a day in advanced. Shaw is terrible.

After about an hour with @Shawhelp people I have found out that not only do I not have Internet til Tuesday, dead modem, I can't even take the modem somewhere and swap it. I have to wait for a tech to bring on with them on a service call. Drop it off and take the old one.

@Shawhelp Anybody home??? I spent several hours yesterday trying to resolve my Shaw issue with endless loops in self help, disconnected calls, chat windows that don't work, agents that focus more on account info than problem solving, only to get sorry, try again tomorrow. Today no response

Do you think @Shawhelp plays a looped message telling you to go get help online while you’re on hold waiting to speak to someone because your Internet ISN’T WORKING to add an extra level of frustration to the experience? Using last of my data on phone to ask this?
