Drimint (@RisenRealm) reported@Shawhelp is there an internet outage in Winnipeg. North Kildonan region? Myself and Shaw using neighbors are all having issues this morning. Cant access the outage map since it's stuck on British Columbia for some reason and your apps won't log in. Not that they ever work anyway
-
Bri (@cyberqt) reported@TSN_Sports @Shawhelp why does F1 sound like they are yelling down a tin hallway? It's only the show, not the commercials. It's awful. It was both TSN channels(practice and qualifying)

Jacob Tecson (@Jacob_Tecson431) reportedI’ve been with @Shawhelp for about 4 Years and haven’t had any issues until @Rogers took over. Absolutely the worst internet service ever, the customer service team are very impatient, and the prices are terrible. I am a Rogers user and do not recommend anyone to use @Rogers

bc_2027 (@bc_2025_vision) reported@Shawhelp We really need wait times & callback from Rogers with Shaw support. We had this for > 10 years before it was stopped. Now TELUS has these services and Rogers with Shaw does not. @Rogers Customer service should not be a hardship on hold … no clue whether we will wait hours😟

Ryan Brackenbury (@slackerman10) reportedNobody should sign up for @Shawhelp useless customer service that only got worse since the merger. Billions made by these clowns and can’t even get to my house to fix recurrent issues for 48 hours. The amount I pay you should a guy on standby 24/7. #joke #ridiculous #Rogerssucks

Don T Beakunt (@truebusterflash) reported@Shawhelp Aaarrrrrgh, 7th time it’s asked me to sign in!

Lindsay I.R Wiebe (@LindsayWiebeRD) reported@Shawhelp - I pay internet just to have it cut out for close to an hour every day when I come home from work. If this continues, I’m going to ask for a discounted rate, or change providers to either @Bell or @TELUS. $110 dollars for this kind of service is uncalled for.
