    @ShawInfo 3 weeks to fix internet being slower than dial up on your internet 300 package, switched to fibre 500, modem died in 5 days. A week for a new modem. Great customer service. I miss when you employed techs that could address issues promptly. profits over people, right?

    Hey @Shawhelp i just gave one of your customer service reps all information related to a billing issue, and he proceeded to claim the payment was for the month prior DESPITE the bill itself saying it was for that month and hung up as i was explaining what the bill had said.

    Dear @Shawhelp or @ShawsMobile why sell 5G phones without a 5G network? Do you have an ETA for a 5G network? Otherwise it's 100% feed. Advertising (and charging) for a non-existent feature. And don't #futureproof me with no ETA
