    Trying to activate my @AppleTV from @Shawhelp has been worse than getting all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled out at the same time. How can nobody can apparently help?!

    @Shawhelp The site keeps hanging. I get an error saying to wait or close the site. It’s slow as heck. The site shows an error saying it can’t pull up billing information. Shows a $0 balance when it’s not.

    @Shawhelp my internet has been out for almost 3 hours now. I’ve tried to get ahold of support but it kept cutting out. I finally got through to someone and they’re making me wait until tomorrow to send someone out to fix. Please help!

    @Shawhelp is there an internet outage in Winnipeg. North Kildonan region? Myself and Shaw using neighbors are all having issues this morning. Cant access the outage map since it's stuck on British Columbia for some reason and your apps won't log in. Not that they ever work anyway

    @Shawhelp No, the live chat people sent me to the phone number. I am trying to cancel my service as I have MOVED and no longer need my own internet. I don’t know if one single person is working the line, but this is ridiculous. Even in-store wouldn’t help me.

    @Shawhelp Yes, I didn’t even unbox this new one. I had contacted support immediately after taking the package from Purolator because the box looked trashed. My problem was the lady on support said nothing about bew hardware or when it might come, just the email with the QR Fed Ex label
