  Shaw is down again! Shaw went down at June 15, 2022 at 05:40AM in Langley. Im extremely unhappy with this service and home that it will be online soon, I pay to much for the WiFi to be down again! Please fix this problem as soon as possible. shawhelp

  @Shawhelp It’s not my business, it’s just that a friend goes there and the people who work there haven’t gotten it fixed for some reason. Can someone from Shaw just phone that location and help them please.

  @Shawhelp 3rd person told us someone would be back today or call if not. Nope. Now on the line with customer retention who offered us a bill credit of less than a week after both of us took the day off to deal with this. Shall I keep going?

  @mayppong @TELUS @Shawhelp I mean if the customer service sucks from both, at least I could have internet that works right. But Telus has to upgrade from 'tin cans and string' out here to make that work or we're stuck with 'we don't know why your internet doesn't work please stop asking' Shaw

  @Shawhelp So webpage says issue is resolved but still no internet here in Bankview. Tried unplugging everything and restarting it.

  @Sportsnet you and @Shawhelp really need to fix the signal issues with SN360 because now its straight up dropping entire program blocks. No I will not waste time with DMs, apparently its a known issue... TALK TO EACH OTHER. jesus murphy figure it the hell out.

  @Shawhelp We're still having issues with Internet connectivity days after you reset our modem & we've been rebooting modems, computers, resetting adapters etc to no avail.

  @ShawInfo very disappointed Shaw chose to do upgrades during the daytime, cutting 1000's of households off from internet, TV, and phone service. In all the years we have been Shaw customers, you have never done this. And it's not for a couple of hours, it's well over 12 hours w/o
