@GamerTravelling @ShawInfo @Shawhelp Oh I know, hence why I made this video ahaha this has been an issue for literal months and it seemed like it was MORE OR LESS okay, like it would dip but only stay there for like 30 minutes to an hour and become normal again and I just dealt with it

Amazingly disappointed with @ShawInfo who, apparently, seem to think it's fine to screw with @TekSavvyNetwork and their customers by demanding a laundry list of diagnostic tests to check a fault, despite the fact the fault was previously checked and never resolved.

Contacted @ShawHelp to get the WiFi on their modem disabled (I use my own router, it was already in bridge mode, they turned WiFi on again at some point and it interferes with mine) and it was EXCRUCIATING so here's me venting about how awful (and useless) the entire process was.
