@HollyHollywood8 @Shawhelp Same issue since last November. SN360 is always one of the worst. They’ve still done nothing about it. Local techs said it’s a channel frequency issue that they can’t do anything about.

Hey @Shawhelp any idea how long this outage will be in central Calgary? Not many customers pay in cash anymore and debit/credit machine don’t work without internet.

@Shawhelp Any possibility of waiving some cancellations fees out of “good will” for a customer who’s been with you for 4 years and had to move back in with a roommate (who already has wifi) due to the price of living increasing?

@Shawhelp I've done this. I've selected a show scheduled to record, but there is no word CANCEL on the screen of my phone. No option to cancel is visible. Only more info is visible, click on that, no cancel option there either. The word CANCEL is not there.

It's not the money it's the customer service period. @ShawInfo has started to spiral downward. THEY can contact YOU but YOU cannot contact them. The extension banner doesn't work half the time. Now they decided everyone has to pay. #cdnpoli #abpoli #YEG
