@Shawhelp “Good news there are no service outages” 15 other people on down detector don’t have internet. I found out other people were having issues from a third party website. I’m canceling my Shaw subscription.

@Shawhelp, one half hour left before the two hour window closes. I received a text10 minutes ago w/a broken link saying the technician was on his way. I also phoned 1/2 before the window opened & was reassured. Feeling skeptical.

@Shawhelp The entire town of Sioux lookout is dealing with less than 1mbps of upload speed and none of your agents seem to give a ****. Many of us are working from home or are students and can’t even interact in a zoom meeting.

@Shawhelp I pay for nationwide and dont get it??? Every where i go due to my job which requires me to travel and use GPS, I get zero service?? I find it frustrating that I cant GPS my way around 70% of the time when I need it. When are you guys stepping up your mobile game?

@ShawInfo Funny how you charge premium fees equal to other providers’ Fibre services but cap at 10 up 5 down. (Slow) Then, you instantly charge 400$ when someone cancels for unreturned modems. Ur going to get ur modems... patience, @ShawInfo ... like dealing with the mafia. Mail = 🐢
