@Shawhelp my senior parents (in their 80s) have been struggling since March 18 with a conversion from Telus to Shaw. My Dad has spent over 30 hours on the phone with various Shaw technicians. This needs to be escalated and resolved immediately. Help!

@Shawhelp I have with my Shaw Blue Curve. I can't get local channels or random higher channels. It's been like this since Thursday. It usually fixes itself but has yet to do so. The big problem tonight is that I can't get the one channel the Flames game is on. Suggestions? Help

@Shawhelp Good morning! This isn't a Shaw question, but you might know about TV's. There is a 4" bar of slightly different colored screen on my TV display. It is not a new TV, but I have a suspicion that it means the TV is starting to fail...🥺 Is there a way to make sure?

@Shawhelp @_snaccident_ When multiple people report their internet is down there’s an outage. Shaw just says no outages lol. The internet had been garbage for two weeks up around fort St. John been out multiple times.
