@Shawhelp And to be clear - I am not working from home due to the pandemic, I always have worked from home. If you are not capable of providing the service I pay for, say and then I can cancel.

@Shawhelp Hi. Issue was because I had to cancel my Visa as it disappeared you couldn’t take my payment. I’ve resolved that myself. BUT you have some very uninformed folks ( and not all that polite) responding whe I actually got to speak to one. You have been helpful and I appreciate that

@Shawhelp It’s not been more than 24 hours yet, but it’s also a period of time that means I’m not able to do my work. Are you saying that some level of incompetence is acceptable to your network?

Can someone at @Shawhelp tell me why I have to pay a cancellation fee if I’m moving out of service area and Shaw can’t keep their end of the service agreement and provide me Service? How am I responsible for your inability to provide YOUR end of the service agreement?!

So @shawhelp I see the pixelation that Shaw was so insistent was a problem at my house that they sent a tech...a tech who then told me it is a known problem with Comcast's service/equipment and nothing to do with me at all...is returning.

@Shawhelp Except I never heard this. It was a recording played to me. Sounds fishy that I’m expected to hold up my end of a service agreement but you can have a clause to not hold up yours. It’s fine. @TELUS is giving me a $200 bill credit to compensate.

.@ShawInfo @shawhelp We will be almost 48 hours without internet or cable. A technician was working up the pole behind our place yesterday and then nada. First service call we can get is Thursday morning. Not impressed. Is this what you consider good service?

@Shawhelp Another day, another trio of outages. Is there even a point in talking to you about this, since your entire response is "reboot" (done twice), "reconnect the cables", (also done twice) and "oh, we'll send someone" (who never fixes the problem and blames someone else)?
