@ShawInfo worst service ever!!! I use more data on my phone cause our Shaw services never work and when you ask for a call back cause you want answers no one calls you back. Never switch it’s just a headache and poor service!!!

@Saralaise @CNNgo Yep. Same here. I asked a friend to see if she was experiencing the same issue (also Shaw customer), and she is. Makes me feel somewhat better to discover that it doesn’t seem to be my device or account – must be something wrong with either @Shawhelp or CNN activation system. 🤬
