@ShawInfo hey how many service calls does it take to replace the underground cable? We’re at 4+ calls, 2 cables on the ground across the alley and TWO paying customers absolutely not happy.

@Shawhelp is there a particular reason why our Gateway router has gone down 7 times today in Sundance, Calgary? Including four times in the past hour.

@Shawhelp Man idk if it’s cause the router you’ve supplied is out dated or whatever but it drops connection out of nowhere pretty regularly and will not come back for hours. Pretty inconsistent service. Really thinking of switching to Telus. This happens far too often.
