    @Shawhelp I just got off the phone with your tech support (a very lovely person, btw)...and was told no ETA on the fix. Pods are still not working. Advised to unplug and try again in a few days. So, problem not fixed.

    @Shawhelp quite often the customer is a repeat customer, so if the account is hacked, the account number would be in previous DM chats.

    @Shawhelp My WiFi is not working since 4am today!!! And nobody is picking up the phone to solve the problem!
