    @ShawInfo worst service ever!!! I use more data on my phone cause our Shaw services never work and when you ask for a call back cause you want answers no one calls you back. Never switch it’s just a headache and poor service!!!

    Ok @Shawhelp , what is going on with internet speeds? I am capping out at 20% of the advertised bandwidth. And I have heard others are having this issue too.

    Thank you, Jeannette. You are a valuable employee and @ShawInfo should be grateful to have people like you in customer service. Unlike the sales team that looted my 88 year old Mum who said she didn’t watch that many games anyway. (So why the upsell on the internet pkg?)
