When congress reconvenes i hope the trigger word is more obscure..... @Shawhelp claims crewmembers are working on the issue.... its been over 2 weeks with nothing getting fixed.

bc_2027 (@bc_2030_vision) reported@Shawhelp Just ch 199 in Victoria . I just got thru on phone. Agent has worked with back office and confirmed the issue. Back office is escalating with channel provider. “THe Frame” Said it might take a day or two but should be fixed. Cheers.
