...problem is the word for last hour was "duty", now I may be too drunk to keep playing today. When congress reconvenes i hope the trigger word is more obscure..... @Shawhelp claims crewmembers are working on the issue.... its been over 2 weeks with nothing getting fixed.

So it seems @ShawInfo is still unable to figure out what's broken on the network in the Shuswap. Our cable boxes are stuck on MSNBC & the 2nd impeachment. Since I can't change channels, going on 3 days now, I invented a drinking game, each hour's secret word you drink a shot!

@Shawhelp Shaw webmail. I have chatted with 3 techs since last Sat. when my Shaw problems started. When I reply to an email or fwd, it turns to gibberish. Today a 4th tech told me to switch to "Advanced AJAX" in Preferences. I did & it fixed. Now it's wonky again; can't fix it

@Shawhelp we need help. It’s been a year since we were told that work needed to be done on the line, at the pole. We are still waiting. We are paying for 1 gig every month and we get about 10% of that. We have all new gear. New router as suggested by your technician.

@Shawhelp No. This is what happens every time a technician comes out. He tells us we need work done on the line. And then nothing happens. For a year. We need better service than that. How else can you help!

Thank you to @ShawInfo I just talked to their support and explained my families situation and how we are not using their services at the moment while we wait for our new place. They waived our service fees for 15 days and that might not seem like much but it's a big deal to me

@Shawhelp Hi I can not access Shaw on demand since this morning. I have rebooted my Gateway and also unplugged the Gateway. The EPG, account settings, resource download and logs uploaded are all red type in the Gateway dashboard. There was a service bulletin til 6AM MT

Hey @Shawhelp My TV won't change channels, says there's a "connection issue" I can't access your App about it because I have to force stop the app every time to open it. I sure pay a LOT of money for piss poor connection. It's the #nhlplayoffs No time to F around.

@Shawhelp What have you been doing with your system the last couple of months numerous outages in the Calg area, our cable just quit again tonight why am i paying 214 a month for crappy service!
