Our cable boxes are stuck on MSNBC & the 2nd impeachment. Since I can't change channels, going on 3 days now, I invented a drinking game, each hour's secret word you drink a shot!

Great customer service. I miss when you employed techs that could address issues promptly. profits over people, right?

mr kaswa (@mrkaswa) reported@Shawhelp once again, watching Sunday night football on 114, right at 8:30 I lose the signal and my tv box displays some error code. It happens every week. I bet it stops when the football season does. It is clearly Shaw's fault. I will contact the CRTC again if I have to.

P (@celtic_angel22) reported@Shawhelp I can't tell you how many times we've connected with someone. They tell us to turn off, turn back on. We've done that, several times. We've had TWO techs visit, one on Dec 21, 1 on Dec 28 and both have told us it's Shaw's problem, that it's NOT in the house.

Curious how many long-term, multi-contract clients you lost over Dec because Telus Fiber is cutting your price in half and paying the cancellation fees. Shaw's offer? A one-time $100 credit.
