    So it seems @ShawInfo is still unable to figure out what's broken on the network in the Shuswap. Our cable boxes are stuck on MSNBC & the 2nd impeachment. Since I can't change channels, going on 3 days now, I invented a drinking game, each hour's secret word you drink a shot!

    ...problem is the word for last hour was "duty", now I may be too drunk to keep playing today. When congress reconvenes i hope the trigger word is more obscure..... @Shawhelp claims crewmembers are working on the issue.... its been over 2 weeks with nothing getting fixed.

    @shawhelp picks an awful time to update or do whatever on a Saturday night in the midst of copious fight cards but I’m at their mercy unless I guess I switch to @TELUSsupport or move to maybe the states bleh

    Dear @Shawhelp why does my internet suck so bad. Every day we have to restart it. Even your techs tell us there is nothing they can do because the problem isn’t in the house.

    @Shawhelp 2/2 couldn't fix the problem. My son in law came over and quickly saw on the shaw app where the pod device was and how to reconnect it. I realize this can happen but I didn't think it was an overly complicated problem.

    Hey, @Shawhelp, can you either put me into the “restart my modem” queue, or put me in touch with someone who can help, please? I’ve done all the rebooting, resetting, and restarting, and I have no internet connection via my Gateway. Again.

    When asked to turn it back on as I had never asked to close TODAY was told this was only possible thru a 2yr “value” plan. On hold for 20 min as @Shawhelp tries to figure out how to own up to its own errors - ask any 2 yo how to do it: apologize, admit your mistake and FIX THEM😡
