I have a Shaw Fibre. I am not satisfied with it because it is too expensive with low speed and I will cancel it as soon as possible. These days I have to work remotely and really need a good connection but it is awful. I will never ever suggest this company to anyone. @ShawInfo

@Shawhelp I’m getting really tired of having to do this EVERYDAY! Since I upgraded to Gateway plus PODs, I’ve had the worst internet/wifi service.

@Shawhelp We already did contact them. They wrote to request the service be turned over on Monday and never heard back from y’all. They’ve also sent another request today. All y’all did was send me an email stating that changes were made to my service and didn’t bother to attach anything

A few months ago we noticed we were getting throttled hard af and made the choice to switch service providers from @ShawInfo to @TekSavvyBuzz. The transfer was supposed to be on Tuesday, but Teksavvy hadn’t heard back from them so we couldn’t switch over.
