Dear @ShawInfo, first you force me to get a new ISP, because you would not replace my broken router in a timely manner. This led to $2,000 in losses to me. Then you wouldn’t let me drop off my equipment. Instead, it traveled by > 100 km by mail, to be delivered 4 km from my home.

@Shawhelp What's going on in Edmonton? I've got Fibre+ and I'm not going above 200. Also a lot of sites are slow. It feels like I'm on dial-up. No changes to my network or software between now and when it worked properly. I even disabled a bunch of stuff hoping it would improve.

Well, entering day 4 of no internet from @Shawhelp . After being told by several techs to unplug and replug, over and over (that's when I hang up), someone arrived for another tenant. Hmmm... everything looks fine... until "I" had to tell him there had been a planned outage...1/2

@ShawInfo @Shawhelp, it is astounding that your help line tells us that our inability to use our email is literally beyond your scope to help. Telling us that we must only use webmail, and while we are dealing with a family emergency while info exchange matters. You are terrible.
