    @Shawhelp Back on only ~1.5 hours off. Thats not bad. Your customer service guy was nice enough but i think needs more training. Created extra stress for no reason.

    @ShawInfo I got this information from two separate support chat agents. I didn’t believe the first one could be correct (only 3?) so I tried again. So the source of info was Shaw.

    @roeteddy @Shawhelp I am terrible with tech& it’s not bad! You can watch live or from the beginning and rewind etc! Tried a lot of different services to be able to stream various tournaments and leagues over the years. I’d love CBC to stream Team Canada games, even if it’s not on the main channel.

    Seriously @Shawhelp ever since I upgraded my internet it is super unreliable! You are about to lose a really really long term customer. :( dropping mid meeting or presentation is unacceptable.

    This is very frustrating for both the technician and me. The tech was doing their best to extend their customer service, along with helping secure a longer commitment from a customer. However .../ @shawhelp #BrighterTogether #CustomerService
