    @Shawhelp The second agent hung up on me when I asked if she can start by authenticate me when she asked how can she help me. Wrong answer I guess. Wasn't rude at all.

    @CustServiceRep_ @ShawInfo I already did that but no luck. Even the customer support confirmed that the signals are weak

    Our @Shawhelp PVR is terrible. Anything we watch in playback does nothing but skip and cut out. What's the point in having a PVR if everything we record is completely UNWATCHABLE?!
