M McKenzie (@BCKenzee) reported@bee2216 @TELUS @ShawInfo I've been comparing packages between telus & Shaw today. It appears the package I have with telus I can get for $45 a month cheaper with Shaw. I'm just not sure how their customer service or quality of their services are. I've had way too many issues with telus in the past year.

The economic losses of bad service makes things even worse. Do not make it about my feelings, this is your service and performance.
