@JulieRohrYEG @ShawInfo 1/ Is the signal boosting for wifi? If so, signal boosting extends the reach of a signal. Signal boosting won't help w/ poor service coming into a home. Shaw runs feed lines to neighborhood connection points. Subscriber lines are run from the connection point to a person's home.

@JulieRohrYEG @ShawInfo Sorry I realized my response was getting too long-winded so I will say: look into the placement of your modem - we've been having issues with our internet and turns out our modem was in a suboptimal location! And/or try direct connections if possible!

@JulieRohrYEG @ShawInfo 2/ If too many subscribers are being fed from1 neighborhood connection point. Service will be poor. On your computer, if you go to the wifi connection option & scan for connection points it should give you an idea of the service provider subscription rate in your area.
