    @Shawhelp Hey there just got an email asking me to verify my Shaw account. As a long time customer, this seems fishy. Is this a scam? It looks legit.

    I’m about 1h20 into a support chat with @Shawhelp. Clearly, the chat line is understaffed, since this was a simple “update me on an escalated support case” and text replies are averaging one every 10 minutes. Also—spoiler alert—my escalated case was closed (that took over 1 hour)

    @Shawhelp once again, watching Sunday night football on 114, right at 8:30 I lose the signal and my tv box displays some error code. It happens every week. I bet it stops when the football season does. It is clearly Shaw's fault. I will contact the CRTC again if I have to.
