    @dubelyew_one @ShawInfo They actually posted at 2:30pm today (problem resolved blah blah)… two hours later it all broke again and they put strike through on that post and reopened the outage. It’s legit going on day 5 now of no internet. I’ve lived in 6 Canadian provinces and never had this issue

    My internet and TV have been out for 4 straight days now. Not so much an issue for me… but @ShawInfo has some serious explaining to do to the community of Ranchlands. People are outraged and I’ve spoken with many neighbours whom are shopping around now for a new provider.

    @Shawhelp There is a known issue with internet activations. If you don’t want to risk no internet do not change your modem now - recent update from tech since Shaw will not update customers

    @ShawInfo needs to do better. They refused to send a technician out and now we have to freeze overnight because our internet won't work which controls our heat. They refuse to do anything to help.
