    4th @ShawInfo tech is here since mid-August and he can’t get any modem or cable to work. We pay ~$250/month for the highest cable+internet and still have BAD wifi (if at all) and it’s beyond frustrating. Plus, when I call, tech support says it’s my fault! 😤

    @Shawhelp shoutout to shaw for sending its techs and not charging its customers un like @TELUSsupport charging customers 150 to fix its ****** VDSL line. Get a life Telus. @Shawhelp y’all are a goat🤛💪

    @Shawhelp Yes there is. Service outage. A very very long, all business day, service outage. Seems impossible for the capital city, but here we are. I can't roll my eyes with enough intensity.
