    @Shawhelp It's not even that, your service department is so useless it's not worth paying them. They shouldn't have jobs. They sit there doing nothing keeping people on hold for almost an hour, and then look at the screen for 2 seconds to put them back on hold 'because they can't help'

    @Shawhelp 3mbs is considered dreadfully slow and that's literally what I get on average and pay 100$ a month for. Plugged in to ethernet

    @Shawhelp support named Lady 123428584, Manitoba. Completely rude, unsatisfactory service, takes her time after keeping you on hold for an hour and threatens to hang up when she finally decides to answer.

    @Shawhelp Of all my years being forced to go with Shaw, I have never actually gotten a internet connection remotely close to what was advertised. If you live in an area where Shaw can gauge you, they will.

    @Shawhelp No reported maintenance or outage in my area. Internet is terrible because Shaw is terrible.

    @Shawhelp It's kinda hard with limited data and internet that doesn't work. Calling support and waiting for a call back, and then having them call back to leave you on hold for 40 minutes kind of defeats the purpose. The help line is worse than useless and this just seems like a ploy 1/2
