    Hey #yyc early birds with @shawhelp - anyone's TV signal borked right now? Getting a "not subscribed"/"not authorised" screen while trying to get my morning @GlobalCalgary news fix...Interwebs connection is obviously fine.

    @Shawhelp my internet connection went down & when back on, I get a msg on my browser that I need to “follow the instructions provided to activate your modem and connect to your network”. But it’s not a new modem. Need to use cable as if new?

    If you check again, this is my 4th time complaining. I am so frustrated with the constant disconnection of wifi. I often disconnected with the wifi. How can an internet service can disconnect every few days, that is not what I pay monthly for @Shawhelp

    @Shawhelp Hii is there come kind of outage going on with cable? Our pods have been weird all night and now our cable is being super glitchy. Restarting the boxes and doing a refresh isn’t helping 😔

    @ShawInfo Worst customer service I have ever received - after upgrading to fibre+ earlier today, my internet speed has plummeted. I have been on the phone/chat with Shaw since 10:30am with no resolution. I keep getting booted out of the chat and having to explain everything again
