    @Shawhelp @ahung I'm having the exact same issue in Sherwood Park, AB, and it's on ALL my boxes, not just one. PVR doesn't work either...better check again Shaw, cause it sounds like a problem on your end. #notourfault

    I am about 10 years with #Shaw internet, paying about $67CAD/month for internet 10. @Novusnow came to our building offering $40CAD/month for internet 100. I called Shaw service asking for a competitive offer. They are not interested, and are fine me to quit. @ShawInfo @Shawhelp

    Our internet is constantly going down @Shawhelp, and it's been spotty and random for weeks now. Resetting our router doesn't help.
