    @Shawhelp Tech support isn't 24/7. Note: Jan 16, 2022, Shaw Mobile agents will be unavailable from 8:15pm PST till Jan 17 at 6:00am PST. Does 24/7 mean something different to you guys? Working from home and having to tether my pc to my phone. Thankfully not on a shaw phone.

    @Shawhelp No worries! In good spirits and was helped by a Shaw Customer Service agent already for having it sent out. Just hoping for fast mail service! Isolation sucks with no internet. Cheers!

    @ShawInfo @Shawhelp Thanks for lying to me by saying there is service to my place when it wasn't. And finally spoke to escalation, he promised me someone will call me today with eta when someone will be at the home with a bucket lift to attach from the telephone pole,

    @Shawhelp My recordings have been extremely pixilated for a while now. I rarely watch live TV so not sure if it’s just recordings. Sometimes it’s so bad I can’t even watch. Does my box need to be reset?

    @Shawhelp Yes, tech support told me there’s an outage. It’s not listed on the outages page so I’m not sure of the status other than I have no internet or TV
