Finally spoke to someone competent @Shawhelp on the phone & she isn't even Canadian!! Known issues w/ Blue Curve system. So it's not your modem or box. No matter how many times you reboot it, it won't fix a thing. #shawissues #shawtv #bluecurvetv

@Shawhelp Yes I did check and called both indicated that areas in st Albert are having problems and Shaw are working on it, but this has been happening started around 4 pm and now it is almost 10 pm.
