@Shawhelp for the past 2 days the internet has constantly been disconnecting and connecting, even on an ethernet connection. Even if only 1 device is using the internet. I doubt it's an issue with the router since the issues have been starting after 2pm.

@Tracy_M_Evans @ShawInfo @Shawhelp And yet if you sign up as a new customer, you can pick up a modem from the retail location nearest you that same day. It's really mind-boggling how poor the cs is (though to be fair, I've had the same experience at the other major telco in Canada..)

@shawhelp For last 2 weeks, most days there is a 1-2 hr window from about 10am-12pm where my internet and cable goes out for 5-10 mins for 1-3 times before its fine until the next day. Quite consistent. Doesn't happen on weekends but always when I am working from home. Please fix
