    @Shawhelp I find it really funny how you can do more for a new customer than customers that have been with you for 20+ years. Very disappointed in customer service/loyalty. It has been going downhill for the last few years

    Hi @TELUS What’s going on? As a soon-to-be customer this is *REALLY* disappointing service. For the 3rd time your home internet installation technician has failed to show up or call about any delay! Wondering if I should just stick with @ShawInfo (atleast work is done on time!)
