    @ShawInfo Shaw sent me a modem in SEPT and it never worked with the current Telus system in my home at the time. We tried trouble shooting with Tech Support and it still didn’t work. Tech support said it was because our home wasn’t set up for it and that it wouldn’t work.

    @Shawhelp you guys might be a lot cheaper than @TELUSsupport but unfortunately, you get what you pay for in service. Your chat system broken, just random agents texting back scripted responses
