Moving from a so called "middle/upper class to a "lower/middle" class neighbourhood... @ShawInfo quality is worse...insurance went up by $110 a MONTH. System is to make rich stay rich & can stream/watch what they want at high quality while the rest of us stay poor with pixel TV.

@Shawhelp Come out when I know the issue and can deal with it myself, but I will get in a Que line, be dropped 4 times like I have in the last month, get frustrated and still not have my issue solved. It's the same reason I didn't have Internet on my birthday.

Over 24 hours and still no update from @ShawInfo on the outage. And it's now been 34 hours with no internet. Seriously considering switching ISPs at this point

@ShawInfo I would like to know what the point of your outlet places is when they can do equipment swaps, billing issues or cancellations? Why even bother having a place people can go for help if they can't do 3/4 of the things people need help with.

@Shawhelp NO. Because every time I do that, and it's been multiple times now, I get the run around and then a "there's nothing they're going to do" anyway. Just a waste of my time. And that's after escalation. So NO. As soon as my contact is up you've lost me as a customer for good.
