  @Shawhelp Thanks for the reply! I've tried all of those. The internet just seems to cut out for 10min and then start up again. Both wifi and plugging directly into the router. No outages reported in my area (UBC) and no previous issues either

  There’s a @TELUS/#TELUS #internet outage in my neighbourhood. First time @ShawInfo/#Shaw has proved useful.
