@Bryan_Leitch @Shawhelp Oh that sucks! We shut both tv and cable box down for 30 seconds and then back on, haven't had an issue since. About two hours ago.

@Shawhelp Tech support isn't 24/7. Note: Jan 16, 2022, Shaw Mobile agents will be unavailable from 8:15pm PST till Jan 17 at 6:00am PST. Does 24/7 mean something different to you guys? Working from home and having to tether my pc to my phone. Thankfully not on a shaw phone.

@Shawhelp I've had private conversations with dozens of tech specialists, why would this be different? You’ll need copies of ping results to one or more sites, same for trace route, yet I've been refused escalation for routing problems over 5 times.

@Shawhelp I've had to provide the DM with an account number virtually every time only to then be asked for it again by the support person after that. Fair enough re the different types of equipment.
