    @Shawhelp is cable out in east Edmonton? My neighbour and I are both having issues and down detector is reporting problems but your page says no outages.

    @ShawInfo @Shawhelp better get their sh!t together. @TELUS is really going to put them out with their crappy service lately. If it’s not 1 thing it’s another. WHY IS MY TV NOT WORKING AND NOBODY AVAILABLE TO SUPPORT?? is it because my internet is terrible and you never fixed it?
