@TimM799611 @ShawInfo Unfortunately shaw is just as bad. We were having problems one time. Called and set up a tech to come fix the problem. No one ever showed up. I called to find out what was happening. They told me a tech had been there 3 times and no one answered. We were home all day.

@Shawhelp I have contacted Shaw regarding an issue accessing my mobile account 4 or 5 times now. My tickets keep getting automatically closed without resolution or anyone contacting me. I am beyond frustrated at this point and need someone who can actually assist.

  • KatieVancouver KatieVancouver (@KatieVancouver) reported

@ShawInfo 2 hours later on a phone call & no Wi-Fi or cable and technicians can’t help till Wednesday! We work from home - how is this not a catastrophic failure?! This impacts on our livelihood. And #shaw does not care. Epic customer service failure.

  • CASA46241550 Ana (@CASA46241550) reported

@Shawhelp I want to express my absolute outrage for the lame technical support you have. I spent 2 hours on the phone with a 'technician' because I couldn't watch 7 channels, now I can't watch any, and another technician won't be here until Saturday. Are you kidding me?!!!

  • World_Travlr Adrienne Anderson (@World_Travlr) reported
