    @Shawhelp For a few days now, the wifi in my area has been affected by something to do with nodes (per your tech support) and no idea when it will be working. I get 8 mbps from wifi/50 on my phone so I'll use phone you can waive any overage. 1/2

    @Shawhelp Thanks again. Through the chat we figured it’s an issue that a technician needs to come and fix. Appointment has been made. I also want to give huge props to the chat support person (wish I had the name) - very thorough troubleshooting and super helpful! 👏👏👏

    @Shawhelp @TheQdotFM Customer service said she couldnt help without the reference number for the transaction...bank said since its a pre authorization theres no reference number. This is the second withdrawl the bank said, other one was in Oct for $3.95.

    @Shawhelp Yes. More than one person has mentioned in passing that Shaw was getting out of handling email service like Telus did. I found that odd since I have never received any notice by Shaw myself. I am trying to find the source of this rumour.

    @Shawhelp Hey Shaw fix your website tell your customers properly. If a promotion is for new customers or for both. Other companies allow both new abs existing to have promotion.

    @Shawhelp Hey Don, tried your troubleshooting steps and chatted with support. All they told us was that our modem was dusty and that’s why Shaw internet doesn’t work. Our modem is perfectly clean by the way
