    @Shawhelp It says “New Customers Only”. If it is available for existing customers there is NOTHING on the website that says that. Customer service and transparency is paramount. If we are supposed to be able to change our own plans then ALL options should be made available online.

    @Shawhelp my internet is down again...... Like this is happening once every 2 weeks now. This is absolutely ridiculous. What's the point in paying for a service that constantly underperforms and has constant issues?
