@bee2216 @TELUS @ShawInfo I've been comparing packages between telus & Shaw today. It appears the package I have with telus I can get for $45 a month cheaper with Shaw. I'm just not sure how their customer service or quality of their services are. I've had way too many issues with telus in the past year.

@UkraizyCanadian @Shawhelp @ShawInfo I gave up on the box after multiple problems and hours on the phone. If u can just stream u might lose some stations but it is worth not having the hassle.

@Shawhelp At least log this as an error/bug internally and have management work with your broadcast partners to get this fixed. It's a complete trash product to have a 4K sports channel that ends at an hour turn when the game could be going late, going into OT, weather/incident delay, etc.

@BCKenzee @TELUS @ShawInfo Wow, that's a lot, it all adds up in the end. I'm not sure about Shaw service, Telus just doesn't play fair, Telus is not so great anymore, they went down hill, Must be the Telus Babylon they focus on, it sure isn't what we pay for.

@Shawhelp @CalgaryShane Thats the same language they used in outages affecting other communities yesterday. Precanned and probably an excuse for short staffing. Two day outage in this day and age? really?

@Shawhelp @RealFakeDiesel Rogers would be lit up on Twitter if it was a TSN issue. Crickets over there. It’s your own head end.

@Shawhelp Kyle, Jesse, anyone… Would it shock you to know that the repeated update that ‘technicians are onsite” is no longer reassuring as we enter day three of this mysterious outage? Any chance for some actual info? ETA?

.@Shawhelp we are now on day 3 of no services in Christie Park. “Fix in Progress” has been the status for 48 hrs. Would be nice to know if we should expect services to return today? This week? Ever? Perhaps some information on the. A tire of the problem?
