@Shawhelp I know it's not my equipment, because reboots would reset things. I'm also a System Analyst for a Library System with 35 service points throughout Southern Alberta and...know a few things about networking. First is check your own equipment. This is on you.

@Shawhelp I'm tweeting this in case we have to cancel and we need proof of inadequate service. Fix your ****. Your random outages and useless responses are why we moved away from you as internet provider at work.

Well, I thought I'd gotten lucky since moving, but nope... @shawinfo @shawhelp still just randomly **** the bed for 10 or so minutes. Generally when you're on the interwebs doing the relaxing and need that connection...

@Shawhelp First thing I did, followed by rebooting all my equipment. This is a repeatable and frustrating situation here in Lethbridge. Internet just dies for 5-15m for no reason, and comes back. Happens often enough to be a big problem, not often enough to be able to complain.

@Shawhelp Thanks, Ada. There doesn’t appear to be a notice for Vancouver. How can I troubleshoot my connectivity issue?

@Shawhelp It looks like it corrected itself. My husband unplugged and rebooted the main gateway in the utility room and it seemed to fix the problem. We’ll monitor it for a bit & reach out of it continues/happens again. Thanks Taylan!
