    @Shawhelp is a GIGANTIC waste of time and money I've been fighting these idiots tooth and nail over the span of 3 weeks just to get a nicer way of saying "We're not fixing the issue, quit streaming so we don't look bad" You should be sued, you sorry waste of internet bandwidth

    @ShawInfo hey so since your internet is trash I can’t finish my paper for class or take any exams. Refund so I can actually pass my university classes? Or do you have trash customer service too?

    @Shawhelp we are without internet since Monday because Shaw customer service cannot update a serial number! Been to the store and spent hours talking to their unhelpful customer service. Been in a queue with backend support who were supposed to fix it in 24 hrs but did nothing!

    @Shawhelp my BlueCurve remote seems to be going through new batteries like crazy. Not sure what is going on with my remote as it doesn't get used all that much compared to my other tv's around the house. Help
