@ShawTVNational so after being a customer for 20+ years it means nothing to Shaw. After an hour and a half with your shaw assist online And waited a whole day for a callback From your escalation department also messaged on Twitter and no response. @Shawhelp

  • dorian246 Dtech (@dorian246) reported

@Shawhelp Hi. Do the Shaw WiFi pods have a contract? I'm considering upgrading my internet and getting some to try cover dead spots in my house, but don't want to keep paying for them if they don't help.

  • SashaDryden Sasha Dryden (@SashaDryden) reported

@Shawhelp Hi there can you confirm whether TV service is down in Vancouver False Creek? The service update link you sent yesterday for internet service doesn’t reflect Lower Mainland outage today but I’m not getting any cable signal according to my TV

  • a_sandpile being (@a_sandpile) reported

@Shawhelp You're only trying to score some publicity points by responding to my tweets without actually doing anything. Live Chat support person DID NOT HELP me, as per my initial tweet... Said technician would come on Nov 30, giving me 10 days without internet that I pay for

  • iamhq Henry Quach (@iamhq) reported

@Shawhelp retention tactics should NOT be employed when the customer has explained there was a death in the household. That was a slap in the face

  • ChryssiSteele Terradactyl (@ChryssiSteele) reported

Seriously? A ******* garbage truck accidentally tore down my internet/tv cable and now @ShawInfo is telling me it's gonna be a week, maybe less, to get it fixed

  • bigdrumsrly Bigdrums (@bigdrumsrly) reported

@Shawhelp Business internet is out in building on west Hastings, Vancouver for almost an hour. Support call had no details on outage or timeframe, said there’s no status page for business either. Is there a way to get updates without sitting on hold for 30 minutes?

  • kabalguy 𝘒𝘢𝘣𝘢𝘭𝘨𝘶𝘺!🇨🇦 (@kabalguy) reported

@stingraymusic @Shawhelp. ...and they were very little help.

  • Robertdrew82 Kylie Rae Jepsen (@Robertdrew82) reported

@Shawhelp It’s back now. Any idea what would be driving sporadic outages? My Google home router app is saying that it’s the internet that was down, not the router , but modem shows all green lights

  • troyryder Troy Ryder (@troyryder) reported from Kelowna, British Columbia

@Shawhelp internet and tv have just stopped working at my house here in Kelowna. Internet was down first and then tv 20+ minutes later
