Last 4 days, getting half a day of cable or internet. #shawcable & internet really bad today. Internet not holding for 5 minutes. Booked another service call. Found out “referrals”the previous techs made are not work orders to fix the problem. @Shawhelp @shawinfo #shawtips #yyc
