@Shawhelp I can't tell you how many times we've connected with someone. They tell us to turn off, turn back on. We've done that, several times. We've had TWO techs visit, one on Dec 21, 1 on Dec 28 and both have told us it's Shaw's problem, that it's NOT in the house.

@Shawhelp Speeds anywhere from 2 MBPS to about 25 mbps DL. Many turn off and back on's, 2 techs who've changed out modems, same techs have said it's not in our house. Going on 3 wks of this, I work from home. Fast, reliable internet is a must for my job. Help needed 2 wks ago.

@Shawhelp Are you aware that TSN/Sportsnet/CBC have picture issues during hockey games? It happens on my feed here in Calgary and was happening on feeds on my parents TV in Vancouver. Been going on for weeks. Picture will randomly break up...
