@Shawhelp #shawbusiness - thanks for shutting down our service - when your clerical error lead to one missed payment in 13 years. Now our patients can’t call us and we have no access to our remote patient records. You really suck.

@Shawhelp Woweeeeeeee Shaw sure is terrible. I have to wait 5 minutes for a song to load. That's assuming the internet doesn't die completely for an indeterminate amount of time.

@Shawhelp Shaw blamed my modem for bad speeds and they sent me a new one which took a week. The new modem was able to actually get a connection but at 5-8mbs, nowhere near what was advertised.

@Shawhelp My dvr skips constantly when playing back recorded shows. I have contacted support and reset the box multiple times. It's still not working but there is noone on the chat line today to help
