Have u tried lately to contact tech support from #Shaw? Good luck. U go through layers before Shaw putting you on hold for hour. All bragging from @ShawInfo r bogus. Don't believe. No wonder ppl moving to @Telus. I'm thinking too after 20+ yrs. Not worth my time. @calgaryherald

@Shawhelp Cable is saying we aren't subscribed to any channels, internet working fine. Is there an outage in southeast Edmonton or is it just me?
