@Shawhelp I spoke to my rep at Telus and the exact same request is done on the same phone call and takes 10 minutes or less... someone at Shaw who cares enough to solve problems and not queue things would be appreciated - DM me for contact info

@Shawhelp I was just advised 5-7 business and likely up to 30 calendar days on a call with an enterprise rep for a sip service change (enabling LD) - our client is extremely ticked

@Shawhelp Kyle, I've already been in contact with your team on multiple times It comes down to this. Give me my money back for your lost hardware. I followed your instructions and you still charged me If you're unable to track the package or find it in your warehouse that's not on me

@Shawhelp You can't just withdraw money because your system has flaws in it. I as a customer am not in control of canada post or your warehouse staff. It does not mean by default that I should be the one billed. I dropped it off at Canada Post as instructed my hands are clean.

So I spoke to @canadaposthelps about the issue and they told me that you use the same QR code for all shipments. Meaning @Shawhelp should have the code, but they don't have a way to track it. AND they told me we're not the first time they've been told this about Shaw. 4/...
