@ShawInfo I am now on day 4 in a row of no home services. According to your agents it is due to an “Outage” with no ETA that there is no mention of on your site. I don’t feel any closer to having Internet back on day 4 as I did on day 1. Unacceptable. #its2022 #choosetelus

Today I got a courtesy call from @Shawhelp asking how my service was lately. I mention it was a bit slow the last week or so. They recalibrated my modem & my speed doubled. This is what drives customer loyalty & why I've stayed with them for over a decade now #CustomerService

@NightStormDraco @Shawhelp for the love of god, save your money. Shaw cable, ****, shaw internet, ****, and most importantly, shaw products tragically ****. We are just prone to buying it because of there perhaps 30% monopoly on Canada. Save your money.

@Shawhelp It happened again tonight. Unable to toggle Privacy settings in the Shaw Home Phone service section on your website. I go there at least once a day. My guess is you'll say it's working when you see this tweet without actually investigating why the feature was unavailable.
