    @Shawhelp I understand it's not your fault personally, but much longer I might start looking into Telus as friends who live nearby have had no issues.

    @Shawhelp not sure what's going on. But for a week my internet has been good for about 6 hours or so. Then late at night it goes to crap. Wifi is on and can connect to modem but have no internet access. Started last Monday and was good until Friday.

    I do like @ShawInfo @Shawhelp however, I wouldn’t recommend getting the phone insurance plan. I have send my phone to Texas to Likewise taking 3-5 weeks for repair. I took a chance and brought it to Apple even though I don’t have coverage and they repaired it for free. #service

    @Shawhelp I’m in South Cambie with internet, phone, TV. Outage page says it’s a power issue, but I have power. Last update on outage page was 4 hours ago. What’s the timeline? I have work to do!!

    @Shawhelp There’s an outage with call forwarding on Shaw mobile as of now. Even after visiting mobile portal CF disables itself. Can't enable on phone either. Please review and escalate.

    @Shawhelp Are you having problems in Killarney, Calgary? My internet has been spotty for days, but last night it died entirely. It's been intermittent ever since.
