@ShawInfo need your help as online and retail stores can’t help. Have mentally challenged relative who needs a simple to operate with big button remote. His DeltaURC 3068 is no longer working. Have you replaced it with something have asked and everyone says No. thanks

@Shawhelp Parents having issues with your services. Hours on the phone with zero help. Box that was sent didn’t work(was ***** as well) nice during C-19. Reason it didn’t work marked lost or stolen. Would u like to do this publicly? Or fix it. I have problems too #yyc #yeg

We “upgraded” from the Shaw Gateway to Blue Curve... too bad the app was anything but an upgrade. I used to be able to set my PVR from the app on my phone. Miss that... @ShawInfo @Shawhelp
