    How is the cell service with #shawmobile? I was sent an email about your plans. Looks great and super affordable, however, I have heard that multiple customers get constant dropped calls and such. @Shawhelp

    Logging into @ShawInfo - Two-factor authentication and everything, click on the support chat, first questions: What's your name, email and phonenumber???? I just logged in, you know who I am! This is "suboptimal" customer service, Shaw!

    It looks like I may be taking a small break from streaming until the internet can be fixed. The good news, they know what the problem is. The bad news. They don't have it scheduled to get it repaired. So it could be really quick or take forever. Upset with @ShawInfo again.

    @Shawhelp Hahah. Is this a joke. I have had no service for over 24 hrs do to hardware issues. More excuses than service. Reliability is frustrating. Put you into a contract and then all goes to crap. Shaw continues to post commercials of great service. Joke’s on me.
