@ShawInfo can you please let me know how long this #OutageUpdate will be in St. Albert??? On a day that we are supposed to be virtually communicating with family, we have no #WiFi Nice issue prevention shaw! I we have no option but to burn up data and have no TV.

  • PrashSingh3 Prashant Singh (@PrashSingh3) reported

@ShawInfo Really not happy with Shaw customer service. They are showing they don't care about their existing customers anymore. Really disappointed.

  • jlc17 jackie (@jlc17) reported

@Shawhelp Everyday my service gets worse. At least once a day I have to unplug my modem and then disconnect it. For the past week or two it is happening twice a day. I have just had to do it again for the third time since noon today. I would call, but that doesn't work either.

@ChrisLaBossiere @Shawhelp @TELUS Same since March w Shaw and Telus is no different. The problem is, there is no regulation (and I’m not suggesting a regulated solution) for what they do on the retail side. They can sell you whatever speed or channel they want. If they don’t deliver there is no recourse at all.

@Shawhelp so no internet TV or phone service, I have reset modem to no avail, in northern Alberta, any issues currently or am I alone here?

  • JayeMcJaye Jaye McJaye (@JayeMcJaye) reported

.@Shawhelp I am moving Jan 22nd, but you inexplicably processed my move today. You say it may take up to 3 business days to restore service. That is a week from now. How am I supposed to work in the meantime? Unacceptable.

  • ChrisLaBossiere Chris LaBossiere 🚠 (@ChrisLaBossiere) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

I am going to cancel my @Shawhelp cable service as a Christmas present to myself. 3 months of half of my channels not working, at full price, was being tolerated. Die Hard on Christmas Eve not working, unacceptable. @TELUS you’ll be up.... get ready. 🎄

  • weekern1 Karen (@weekern1) reported

@Shawhelp I love the Shaw Fire Log and would very much support this until the end of February.

  • jeff_paulus Jeff Paulus (@jeff_paulus) reported

@Shawhelp I think we are headed for a breakup and for once it's not me, it's you! For the past month now my Bluecurve has checked out more times then me watching a baseball game and while you have tried to salvage the relationship several times it is still not working!

  • msosnowska Monika Sosnowska φ (@msosnowska) reported

@Shawhelp What would be great is if you actually used this Twitter account to inform and communicate with your customers. Kinda like BC Hydro does. There are clearly issues in Vancouver Kitsilano areas but no updates, no information from Shaw. Why have a help account if it’s not utilized?
