    @Shawhelp Wow what do you think? I’ve reached out to your team NUMEROUS times. You guys have a serious problem and you are not getting it fixed. Why can’t you turn my old modem back online??

    @Shawhelp did you know your back end team has been “aware” of this modem provisioning issue for over a week? Are they still going to fix this “asap”? I guess it takes at least 6 days of a service outage to admit there’s a problem
