@Shawhelp Hey guys, for the past couple days my email to my shaw email address is SUPER slow showing up. Yesterday it took 20 minutes for an Amazon 2factor email to show up. And today, I'm waiting on Slack's login email. Something happening with your mail servers?

@Shawhelp @ShawInfo Shaw Help, you seem cool. No one, I repeat, NO ONE wants to see virtue signal advertising. So my suggestion is to take your entire marketing budget, and use it to lower Shaw's monthly fees as low as possible. Canadians are tired of being gouged. People will pay attention to that.

Does 10 days with #nointernet seem like a a long time? Of course it does. What provider would allow that to happen (especially to a 20 year customer)? @Shawhelp @ShawInfo does and I'm experiencing it right now. Don't get caught like me. Please look at another #internetprovider

@Shawhelp Yep I got an "incident number" . Yep they will "follow up with me" . Yep they have "techs working in my area". At the end of the day nobody made contact, nobody followed up. I still have #nointernet from @Shawhelp @ShawInfo. #day10

@Shawhelp @ShawInfo can't get their #internet to work reliably. 14 days and nothing. techs come and can't fix the problem so I need another appointment. Don't let this be you. Look elsewhere for a quality service

@Shawhelp Unfortunately the support team could care less. I've been a customer for 20 years. I've had no internet for 10 days and it will be 14 by the time another tech shows up. I can't understand how you can force me to wait another week when the problem wasn't fixed the first time

Three times in two weeks my @Shawhelp internet hasn't been working for extended periods of time. And yes, I have turned it off and on again. Anyone else in #RedDeer experiencing connectivity issues?
