Ok @Shawhelp , what is going on with internet speeds? I am capping out at 20% of the advertised bandwidth. And I have heard others are having this issue too.

Why the hell does @ShawInfo give the option of creating a secondary account holder login if the secondary account doesn't have the ability to do or see ANYTHING. Want a copy of your billing statements? Tough ****, only the primary account holder gets to see that.

@Saralaise @CNNgo Yep. Same here. I asked a friend to see if she was experiencing the same issue (also Shaw customer), and she is. Makes me feel somewhat better to discover that it doesn’t seem to be my device or account – must be something wrong with either @Shawhelp or CNN activation system. 🤬

Another disappointing customer service experience with @ShawInfo. Cable down for the second time in 3 weeks and unable to send service until Friday. Will miss local news and live sports for the next 3 nights I guess. Unacceptable.
