@Shawhelp Having issues with crave and internet dropping which is a consistent occurrence with Shaw. I’m just used to that at this point and no one there seems to care or interested in helping, but now crave is down... wonderful

@Shawhelp trying to stream a show & it's buffering every 30sec - 1 min. Been kicked out 3 times in 45 mins. Hubby was kicked off Zoom meeting once. Have reset & turned off the WiFi on idle devices. Never had an issue with streaming & running a meeting b4. Lakewood SC, Saskatoon

@Shawhelp Is there an overall issue that not allowing me to log into crave. Or my account?? Will the people at the chat actually be able to help? And believe it not most people don’t have time to troubleshoot these issues once a week which is what is always suggested to me when I tweet...

@ShawInfo Is the worst. Just signed up of their mobile service and because of a small mistake, they are locking me into something I dont want. DO NOT GO WITH THEM. #scammers
