@Shawhelp I appreciate the help, but i've already tried. The only response i've had is wanting to send out a tech. Not only do i not have time for that, but this 100% does not sound like it's my house connection.

@ShaeJHarding @Shawhelp They told me to contcat support he tried to fix it but it’s still showing the same thing I think next best thing to do is wait till your contract is up and find a better company.
