Roger Doucet (@RogerDoucet) reported@ShawInfo three chats, two phone calls, and one in-person store visit. That's what I have been put through by Shaw trying to settle my dad's final bill after his passing. I'm now embarrassed to say that I have been a shaw customer most of my adult life.

Milly Woods (@MillyWoods18) reported@ShawInfo Shout out to Shaw. Yesterday my TV had no sound. I went onto the Shaw app and dealt with a very nice young man but he couldn’t solve my problem. This morning at 8:15 AM I had a technician at my door who fixed the problem. Now that is customer service! Thank you Shaw!
