@ShawInfo OMFG WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Trying desperately to set up preauth on my mother-in-law’s account. My husband/her son died two weeks ago today and she is elderly and disabled but they are 100% unwilling to help. I have BEGGED for a supervisor call back 8 times

Gross. Try to cancel my @Shawhelp account and they force business accounts to phone in, and only avail themselves 9-5. Such wonderful customer service.

Wifi for our home suddenly stopped working two days ago. we reached over to support and they are sending a guy over on saturday to troubleshoot. But I just discovered that if my device is within 1 meter of our modem it connects? Any ideas @Shawhelp?
