    @Shawhelp I have been having issues for more than 6 weeks now, 2 home calls from technician, said it's outside of my house and that a ticket has been made.

    @Shawhelp Not much help Unfortunatly. I get bounced around from department to department which have all been full of empty promises - your phone lines and email are of no help. I’ll add that number to the other two 888 numbers I’ve been told to call.

    @Shawhelp Internet has been down in Altadore area of Calgary for 10-15 minutes now. Is this anticipated? Nothing online reporting it

    I reupped with @Shawhelp internet and got quoted $122 a month ($7 more than before). Got my new contract and it's $127. I was still on chat with the agent, so I tried to ask why, aaaand I'm disconnected and now 110th in line. **** you @rogers
