    @Shawhelp @hifromada I just talked with the field techs. They're in the alley literally a few yards from my house. There is a problem with the voltage feeding the amplifiers and they're still trying to isolate the issue.

    @Shawhelp It's not slow. It's down. I haven't changed anything other than cancel my tv and phone services with Shaw literally yesterday. I don't see outages in my area.

    @Shawhelp Taylan with 💯 support to get me set up with an earlier appointment - give this employee some praise! But I won't need the tech visit anymore, since the issue had nothing to do with Shaw but my own internal configuration. My bad, @Shawhelp!
