    @Shawhelp issues with live tv keeps freezing. This is occurring on multiple channels. Also, our internet keeps freezing. Are there issues in the Calgary Silverado area. This has been an ongoing issues for weeks. We’ve even had a tech come out. Pls advise!

    I advised the girl this morning that @ShawInfo wouldn't add me to my partners bill, they won't add two names to a bill and she said she's never heard of that!! That it's always done... yet I called shaw twice and they said no.

    @Shawhelp @Che_rry11 Internet is down here (border BBY & COQ). Done the troubleshooting. No resolution. Modem is blinking amber.
