@trestres @Shawhelp Thanks for that. Hope you get it fixed. My brother has a similar building issue. He has to reboot his TV boxes a dozen times a day. Has had 2 tech visits & a 3rd on Friday. Has rec'd no discount on his bill. On a 2 year contract with auto withdrawals. I think it is crazy. Lol.

@RealisticSter @warmitchell @Shawhelp Worst is everything is literally tied to it in this digital world. No Netflix, Google Play movies, Disney +, Crave, Prime, TV, PVR'd shows... Nothing. Yard out the old Blu Rays and see what we can watch lol

@Mariach36014683 @Shawhelp I did but it took almost a day. It appears to be a problem in our building or neighbourhood but it seems hard to get someone to look into the problem from that angle. It doesn’t seem very coordinated. Having said that, it’s the first problem I’ve had in many years.

@Shawhelp After the changes made over the past week with @Bell . I have some questions before making a switch from Bell to Shaw. 1. Did Shaw access any money from the Canada Emergency Wage Subsidy program - if so how much? 2. How many layoffs has Shaw has in the past 11 months?
