@TELUSsupport I have to admit that this is where @ShawInfo beats you every time. Their customer service is so flawless that even though their service is shite, I stayed with them for 5 years. There's a ******* lesson there if you want it.

@Shawhelp Update they responded. After 25 minutes the person didn't even understand the issue and repeated the same FAQ answer back to me. For $200 a month maybe it's time for me to look elsewhere
