@Shawhelp My phone will show strong service (3-5 bars). If I connect to a WiFi network again (e.g. Passpoint) the service will come back. For example, last night, went to Hillside Mall -- 5 bars of service -- but phone was completely unusable.

@Shawhelp I asked a customer service agent/manager to have her manager call me and she said she's on vacation and there is only one manager in all of Shaw. She advised me to file a complaint with CCTS

@Shawhelp I’ve tried that every week since it happened, all they say is there’s an outage and then can’t do anything. Won’t send a tech or anything anymore

@Shawhelp Curious if you have plans to have 2k support on your stream box. 720p,1080p,&4k are the only options. where's 2k :(

@Shawhelp If I'm at home and have WiFi Calling enabled no problem I can make and receive calls and texts. As soon as I go anywhere data stops working, I can't send/receive texts and I can't make calls. Things like Google Maps won't work, can't stream music, can't even dial 611.
