But tech support insisted that was the case and I’d be able to login again later that afternoon. Went to login just now and surprise surprise, still not fixed. When will this ACTUALLY be fixed @Shawhelp ?

@Shawhelp hi there. 20+ yr customer here. Had to cancel my value plan as I needed to sell my house unexpectedly. I had 1 year left. According to cancellation terms - $20/month plus@outstanding bill. That is $240 + my outstanding bill of $150= $390 + tax (cont) 1/2
