    @Shawhelp Speeds anywhere from 2 MBPS to about 25 mbps DL. Many turn off and back on's, 2 techs who've changed out modems, same techs have said it's not in our house. Going on 3 wks of this, I work from home. Fast, reliable internet is a must for my job. Help needed 2 wks ago.

    @Shawhelp, the signal for most channels in North Vancouver is pretty bad. Some satelitte channels (eg CNN, Knowledge) ok but locals & Seattle unwatchable. Picture & sound breaking up. Happens periodically but worse today. Shaw used to be rock solid. What's up?
