    @Shawhelp Re-booted 4 times. Was on with Tech-support chat. Went through the whole process. Disconnected only to have a new guy want to start over. Still not working. Off for 10 days holidays. When we return, switching to Telus.

    @Shawhelp why can I not CHAT with Shaw over channels? When I click on chat, it doesn’t upload. Just goes blank. Issues somewhere??

    @Shawhelp @ShawInfo Wow! I just learned that I have been receiving calls from a collections agency for a bill from Shaw that was still within the payment deadline and was already paid. You guys made sure I never return to you as a customer.

    @Shawhelp Shaw services appear to be down for most of the community of Springbrook. I’ve lost phone, internet and cable as have many of my neighbors.

    Sorry again for the internet drops. @shawhelp decided to cut service to my old router when it was working fine and made me go to a different one. which now cant seem to stay connected for more then 10 minutes at a time

    @Shawhelp last few days keep getting "choppy " signal and an error message "temporary video stream error". ??? Happening on multiple channels

    @Shawhelp been in chat for 51 mins so far. Finally we've established the modem, (installed by a tech), is too far away from the source. Online customer service isnt being helpful. Trying to sell me a modem, or bring a tech in, but not answer whether the tech fee is waived.
