@Shawhelp No updates and still no service (phone, internet and tv) since 8:00 PM last night. What kind of compensation is available for customers? And no updates! Ps: safety issue as no ability to use 911 by phone!!!!

@Shawhelp Planned outage we were not informed about it looks like. Was 24 hours in North Vancouver yesterday. Is that what we can expect? I'll switch to Telus but fire that happens.

@JMKilgour @PremiumSportsCA @Shawhelp Lock down businesses, should not be paying for services that we are not using. This is why monopolies are terrible, basically extortion, Like you said when we open it’s not like we have another option
