    @Shawhelp you’re help isn’t very helpful. A part you supplied malfunctioned and I have to pay to replace it. A service you say you provide doesn’t work and customer service gives me the runaround…. Telus is starting to look like a good option right now.

    @Shawhelp We’re still having problems off and on with wifi here in Vancouver. It’s not as bad as yesterday, but it’s still an annoyance. Any word when things will be fixed?

    @Shawhelp The big issue is the original box I got from #ShawCable when I renewed my contract in September was the wrong box and not supporting channels for the package I have. Then shaw sends refurbished box for the replacement of the original so technically I never had a new one..
