    @Shawhelp Thanks. I have been trying to use the chat since 9AM. The auto log out feature every 10 minutes is brutal when you have to hold for support for at least hours. The only reason I stayed with Shaw is because you have had better support than Telus, historically.

    @Shawhelp is there an outage in Strathmore, AB for Rogers / Shaw internet service? What is the estimated time for a fix? Your outage map says no problems.

    @Shawhelp Still down. Trying a refresh of TVs. Prefer not to reboot xb7 as it takes down all of my security cams for 20 minutes

    @Shawhelp Yes, but that’s not the point. The point is releasing an app that doesn’t support iOS 26.4.2 - and thereby angering EVERY customer who has an Apple device. Fix it ASAP, and ensure future updates work for everyone before releasing it.

    What is wrong with @Rogers . My husband called twice, was on hold for 20 minutes then you hung up. Will the 3rd time be the charm. I hate that @ShawInfo became @Rogers , terrible service
