@superstarrobi @ShawInfo Shawcable! Such a disappointing company. I switched to Telus years ago and have had nothing but positive experience with them. Shaw’s customer service is abysmal.

The latest ‘pending’ decision is in regard to Band 10, Internet Service (1001 Mbps – 1500 Mbps). @ShawInfo has broken with the procedure for this again, by arbitrary setting an “acceptable range” for this band, $101.69-$127 Per month. But has not provided a cost analysis. 11/

Reset my router, changed my TV to stream from my 5G network, ran a speedtest (323 Mbps!), and shutdown other network devices like my PC. Yet, SN Now stream is still stuttering. Is this going to happen all season, @Sportsnet? It wasn't this bad in previous years... CC: @Shawhelp

@Shawhelp - my cable box is blinking with both the red light and blue light blinking as well as the immediate symbols below it. Tried unplugging and plugging back in after 30 seconds and it hasn’t rebooted. Is cable down?

@Shawhelp anyone else getting slow internet lately? I'm in YVR and my internet 300 plan gives me 1-2 Mbps. It was 60-90 Mbps before.
