@ltritsch1 @Shawhelp Apparently Shaw did NOT use the last 8 days since the last outage to develop a contingency plan. What a wonderful example of a unprepared, disconnected company.

@Shawhelp Also, the first customer service rep I spoke with initially said she could upgrade me for less money than the plan listed on your website... but then couldn't, at the last minute, after I agreed to upgrade (at the lower cost).

@Shawhelp I had working internet an hour ago. Called to upgrade my service and now I have no internet and am being told no one can come help until August 13. This is unacceptable. I work from home. I cannot be without internet for a week, or even a day.

Signed up for @shawinfo on Wednesday. Service doesn’t work. Technician was 3 hours early yesterday and now was on the phone for 1.5 hours all to say sorry we can’t get a tech out until next Friday. Great start for a new customer. #Bushleague. Maybe @TELUS can provide better care.
