    @Shawhelp Your callback service is broken (has been all week). Asks if you want a callback, says wait time is (ie. 60 minutes). When you approve the callback and hang up, it calls you back immediately, says you're now #1 in the queue, but still makes you wait on hold for an hour.

    @Shawhelp Been there, done that, you sent out same contractor for the 4th time who can't fix the actual problem - the neighbourhood line.

    @Shawhelp What is happening in West Vancouver? Some of our boxes are working, but most aren't. Also, when calling your support line the auto message keeps saying all Shaw departments are closed.

    @Shawhelp Shaw is horrible and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

    @Shawhelp Leduc business service has been intermittent for 2hrs now and it is impossible to get any work done! What's going on??

    @Shawhelp 3mbs is considered dreadfully slow and that's literally what I get on average and pay 100$ a month for. Plugged in to ethernet
