@MooseBeSocial @Shawhelp Careful if you cancel with Shaw. They didn't send me a final bill with a correct total until after they sent it to collections. They said I should have over paid them beforehand so this didn't happen. Telus isn't great but better than trying to screw with your customers

@Shawhelp Also my internet worked fine yesterday. But now all the businesses are open and more people using it during the day the speeds tank. Hasn't been an issue since the power outage and the tech says it messed lots of stuff up. Not sure how a power outage could mess my cables up?

@Shawhelp The support team just wastes your time for 2 hours then books a service tech that's a week out. Funny how everyone all around gets the exact same service call timelines. Now the my Shaw app will not work and the chat feature seems to be having problems as well.

@Shawhelp Not going to water my time with support so they can make my internet go completely out again. This is not just a me issue. This seems like a bigger issue that no one is looking into. Last time my internet did this, Shaw had messed an update up and screwed everyone's services.

@Shawhelp Signed up with Shaw and was not given the package requested. Then can’t log into my Shaw for a week now to activate Disney plus and one cable box doesn’t work. Customer service has been no help and even said I would stay (after I requested a cancelation) if they would correct.
