Vanessa (@Noosiekins) reportedHey @Shawhelp ... Is shawmail down right now? My email app is asking me to re-login only for it to tell me the credentials are incorrect. Then tried web mail and I also can't seem to login. Only started a few hours ago?

Lindsay I.R Wiebe (@LindsayWiebeRD) reported@Shawhelp I just came home and tried these. My internet is still down.
-
Matthew Johnson (@McJohnson922) reported@Shawhelp I did already, Sunday night when it was at its worst. The tech was... less than helpful. Lecturing me about my passphrase because I thought I forgot it, only offering the bare minimum in advice, stuff I already knew how to do...

Ugabug (@MaryPChipman) reported@Shawhelp I'll try moving the extender to be closer to the box first. If that doesn't work, I'll contact you again.

b ☾ (@brandobrennan) reported@Shawhelp I’ve called 2x today for customer support and after 2 hours on hold, the call goes dead (both times). I need help??

Ugabug (@MaryPChipman) reported@Shawhelp The new cable-less TV boxes are terrible: everytime the WiFi is interrupted by less than a nanosecond, it crashes. I end up watching on apps instead. So-called 'progress' is actually worse than the tech before it.

Gail Eckert (@gaileckert) reported@Shawhelp reporting outage in River heights. Please advise status
-
Heldy (@HeldyCarvalho) reported@Shawhelp @Rogers @RogersHelps I have been with Shaw 10+ years. They used to use automatic card updating services that update expiry dates automatically. Rogers does not use that. Does not notify users. Just charges them $70. At least tell users that service is removed.

Dave (@Danrek77) reported@Shawhelp Like, I really had no reason to upgrade from 1 gigabit to 2 and this “delivery experience” and the subsequent support “experience” has me kind of convinced to just keep what I had and unwind the upgrade.
