    @Shawhelp so your policy is to turn off shaw email access to 80+ year old widows after their spouse passes, when the most important things EVER are being managed over that email. Worst possible time to turn off their electronic comms. Terrible approach. Archaic policy.

    @ShawInfo over 9 hrs without internet!? Seriously?! I complained to chat and all they were interested in was verifying my identity... passphrases etc... and not that I had no Internet for 9 hrs! Seriously get your priorities in order when there is an outage!!!!!

    @TwittleAir @Shawhelp @TELUS That's why we have Optik TV with Telus. Shaw is notoriously unreliable in my area. I know a Shaw tech personally who's told me there's a problem in my neighbourhood but Shaw won't admit to it. Tired of these fights every three months. Redundant company.

    @maybe_yes_sir @Shawhelp Same issue for me too. Said it was a known issue and they are aware and working on it. No timeline on when it may be fixed.

    @Shawhelp internet and tv not working in Millwoods. Again. When will this be fixed? And why does it keep failing?

    @Shawhelp Thanks - still not back at our house. Hopefully they are putting in a permanent fix so that this does not keep happening.
