@GlobalCalgary Our business internet by @ShawInfo is down because of this and the earliest they can send a tech is June 7th? The fire was at 7 hours ago. Fire/EMS can be here on the spot. But Shaw can’t get a tech to fulfill their contractual service obligations to us until June 7th? Joke.

Do you think @Shawhelp plays a looped message telling you to go get help online while you’re on hold waiting to speak to someone because your Internet ISN’T WORKING to add an extra level of frustration to the experience? Using last of my data on phone to ask this?

@Shawhelp I have two boxes connected and it is the same seven channels on both boxes. The only thing on that page that might help is bypassing the splitter - but would the splitter affect only seven channels? (HD - I didn't check the pointless SD channels)
