Jenn (@jskapin) reported@Shawhelp What can I do to speak with an actual representative? I was emailed to call or login to update my billing info. The app doesn’t work, logging into my account doesn’t work (I get the “oops! Something went wrong!” page), and I get disconnected when I call in to speak with

Jennifer & Devina “The Ginja Ninja” 🇨🇦❤️🇺🇦 (@JenniferKingsb6) reported@Shawhelp Yes, but that’s not the point. Matthew Johnson (@McJohnson922) reported@Shawhelp I did already, Sunday night when it was at its worst. The tech was... less than helpful. Lecturing me about my passphrase because I thought I forgot it, only offering the bare minimum in advice, stuff I already knew how to do...

Dave (@Danrek77) reported@Shawhelp Yes, I didn’t even unbox this new one. I had contacted support immediately after taking the package from Purolator because the box looked trashed. My problem was the lady on support said nothing about bew hardware or when it might come, just the email with the QR Fed Ex label

Vanessa (@Noosiekins) reported@Shawhelp We ended up setting up email forwarding, but I don't know if everything is forwarded. It's terrible because I am already using an E-sim so I changed all my 2 factor authentication to email...and well now my email is up in the air. Also it's only incoming that's blocked.

Lindsay I.R Wiebe (@LindsayWiebeRD) reported@Shawhelp - I pay internet just to have it cut out for close to an hour every day when I come home from work. If this continues, I’m going to ask for a discounted rate, or change providers to either @Bell or @TELUS. $110 dollars for this kind of service is uncalled for.
