@ShawInfo over 9 hrs without internet!? Seriously?! I complained to chat and all they were interested in was verifying my identity... passphrases etc... and not that I had no Internet for 9 hrs! Seriously get your priorities in order when there is an outage!!!!!

@Shawhelp just an FYI…a month ago we had internet issues and your techs apparently came by 3 times even though there was someone here at all times and I had to fight with my provider for compensation due to nobody coming for 2 weeks!Maybe tell your techs to leave a calling card

How will the @Rogers @ShawInfo merger impact Shaw resellers? So far I've only found 2 resellers that service my address from Shaw and one (by accident) from Rogers. Will I have at least 3 to choose from or will it be merged down to 1 to choose from?

@TwittleAir @Shawhelp @TELUS That's why we have Optik TV with Telus. Shaw is notoriously unreliable in my area. I know a Shaw tech personally who's told me there's a problem in my neighbourhood but Shaw won't admit to it. Tired of these fights every three months. Redundant company.

@MattCella @Shawhelp They're sending a tech to my place on Sunday morning, although i'm doubtful they'll be able to fix anything, because as you said it's an issue around the region. Buddy of mine in Squamish is having same issue. Super frustrating as 90% of my TV watching is GC.
