@Shawhelp yea its literally just shaw connection with the servers, I live on the west coast but my ping for east coast servers is better. friends using Telus don't have this problem and it's only a problem with my other shaw friends

@wingsnation @Shawhelp @ShawInfo Agreed. Completely untrained on the equipment. Know nothing about which modem works with the tv etc. And yes, why are they all in Belize? One girl said she was in Edmonton then admitted she was really in the Caribbean. #fail

@Shawhelp yeah they are going to credit me 15$, but that only accounts for the ten package I had. I also had 20$ in specialty channels and the limited TV. I reckon I should have had about 30$ back at least. And the alleged customer service reps at the shaw tower were surly and snarky

Love it when @ShawInfo calls and tries to sell me a new tv package that’s $30 more a month with less channels. Customer service is dead.
