    @Red__Wilson @Shawhelp That's what I'm saying lol. It's been out since I woke up at 4am... I have service through another company on Shaw lines and Shaw didn't even bother communicating with them about an issue then told them it's a "cut line" 🧐

    @Shawhelp @CourtFantinato Hey Jacoby, we all know how "sorry" Shaw is, but it's time to start talking reimbursement. It is time to credit all your customers for the inconvenience. I wouldn't be so perturbed with bad service had I not just completed Shaw's "outage" survey. So very very lame.

    @Shawhelp We need more than these general statements now, please. Let us know how severe this issue is and how much longer it will take to restore service, as your shift will be ending soon and people will need to plan ahead for the work day tomorrow if the outage can't be resolved by then

    @Shawhelp Why is the service still out downtown Calgary a Fibre optics fix should take several hours not 24 hours now im going to take a fail on my assignment because I couldn't get it in by midnight! Give us a better update then fix in progress

    Not going to lie - a 13 hour major internet outage with @Shawhelp (and counting) and the last update from 1pm saying “a few more hours” is starting to be a bad look. Like… could you not provide an update every or two? Or a cause? Or a realistic time of return? #yyc

    @adolwyn @Shawhelp in my experience they'll totally credit you the time you're offline doesn't help that it still ****** sucks though
