@Shawhelp No, I fixed it by unplugging the tv box...........AGAIN. Thinking about taking Shaw to small claims court once a month....$25 for each time I have to unplug the box or reset the modem for something that was YOUR problem Over the last 3 months it would be around $500.

Lol our Wi-Fi literally doesn’t work since we moved in and we call @TELUSsupport and they come here and the same old ****. Literally being robbed of my money every month from these crooks. Should have went with @ShawDirect @ShawInfo

@aroc88 @Shawhelp Their retail locations don't accept equipment returns, either. We switched service during the height of covid and were threatened with collections because we weren't willing to go to the post office and stand in line to mail back.

@ShawInfo @Shawhelp I'm so frustrated. Our business line got disconnected. I've spoken to 4 different customer service/billing representatives and nobody can tell me why? I was promised a call back today and nothing....!
