    Get this… I tried to call @ShawInfo to cancel Paul JR’s internet because he won’t be moving back to his apartment. They want a $300 cancellation fee and his past due balance of $117 paid or they’ll continue to bill him the full amount of $115/mth for a service he can’t use

    I'm just about done with @Shawhelp Nothing but problems all summer. Internet was out &/or terrible for a good portion of June & July...3 technician visits, and now it's out again. Good thing I bought a wifi card for my desktop so I can use my hotspot so I can work.

    @Shawhelp hey shaw! I wanted to transfer my kids cell plan into their name. Told I had to go into a store. Ended up switching providers today for the trouble.
