@ShawInfo no offence but ur internet 300 sucks in Livingston Calgary it is borderline frustrating and I pay a lot

  • ToddSaskatoon Todd (@ToddSaskatoon) reported

It takes forever to resolve an issue with @Shawhelp via chat. I feel sorry for all the CSR's that have to handle probably a couple dozen customers at one time. So far I'm 15 minutes in and may / may not have verified my identity yet.

  • KostasKritsilas Kostas Kritsilas (@KostasKritsilas) reported

@Shawhelp Don, our Wifi is unstable due to too many WiFi networks being on the same channel. We are on 300MB/sec and a Bluecurve Gateway. There are 6 WiFi networks on 2.4GHz Ch1, and 5 on 5GHz Ch155. How do I change the BlueCurve Gateway's WiFi Channels?

  • CarrieMcKinnon carrie mckinnon (@CarrieMcKinnon) reported

not to sure if @Shawhelp is having a hard time adapting to the pandemic, but their customer service has been absolute **** since COVID became an issue.....been using their website chat feature for 2 hours now and I'm on my 3rd agent that can't seem to communicate very well...

@Shawhelp Thanks. I called Shaw support and there is an outage in my address. I hope the outage page gets updated soon.

  • ToddSaskatoon Todd (@ToddSaskatoon) reported

@Shawhelp No worries. I finally got the issue resolved. I don't blame the CSR's and I'm never rude to them. It's your bosses I'd like to yell at. ;-)

  • ArmisArmy Eric Armitage (@ArmisArmy) reported

@Shawhelp Argh. Just wanted to speak to a human so I didn't have to type out the answers to the multitude of questions over chat. Scheduled 2 callbacks so that they would be "ready" to speak to me but had to hang up after 20+ mins of being on hold both times when THEY called me.
