@Shawhelp Is there a reason I have an ongoing issue with my Shaw Cable, including lack of sound at times; slow reaction from remote to TV; frozen screen during most TSN World Junior live broadcasts; etc? I have unplugged modem too many times to correct my issue.

whelp awesome. we were moving and did everything @Shawhelp told us to do in the time they said and it didn't work and they have us without help or internet until next week. why was i saying i was pleased with their customer service?

@Shawhelp We have been struggling for 2 days now, earliest fix is 9 Jan, 2 people working from home, not good Shaw! Telus was here today running new wire and back tomorrow to connect us. Why is your service so slow? Crappy equipment, this will be 2nd router in 2 mths!

@ShawInfo moving your service is an impossible mission. I had to talk to 8 different agents, and finally they gave me another appointment. 1 month to move the services. #wfh and #studingfromhome with you is almost impossible. Your service is really bad.
