    @ShawInfo Pretty hard for those that are mandated to work from home during a pandemic when their internet service completely stops working. And no tech available until Jan 8 to come fix it is just fantastic. Good thing our contract is up on March 1.

    @Shawhelp Received new modem for 1 Gig, yesterday. Installation went smooth without problems except for: The old 300 mbs device had 4 ethernet connectors but the new device only has 2. How to connect two gigabit desktop machines and my NAS? Shaw provide 1 Gig 5-port switch?

    I am on hold with @Shawhelp for over 1:30 hours to disconnect my service. Is it by design to make customer life hell to disconnect the service?

    What I'd like to know is how @ShawInfo and @TELUS think it's ok to charge retired people almost $200 a month for their internet and cable. Something needs to be done to help retirees!
