@gfliverpool9966 @Shawhelp Is it mostly SN360 and freezing/glitching on some other channels? Been an issue for us since November. They keep telling us to call techs. Techs keep calling head office and are told it’s a known issue. Offered a credit in April, never saw anything on my recent bills.

@Shawhelp It seems to magically have sorted itself out overnight. I guess your techs resolved the problem. Thanks for reaching out, though.

@Shawhelp you guys are really PIA, I don't know why I believed that you will still be a good choice for a mobile service provider. Can you please tell me how to do a compliant with CRTC against your services? Is there an award for worst customer service in Canada for you?

@cenobyte3 @Shawhelp This is a system wide issue. For every person on here there are likely thousands that either haven’t noticed or don’t know what to do. Please fix your exchange servers.

@Calgaryman1 @Shawhelp @dylan_random Everything looks ok on my end. I just want to test something here. Can you please pack your desktop computer down to the basement where we conveniently installed the modem behind the furnace and plug the computer directly into the modem?
