    @Shawhelp is there an issue with homepods right now? Any device trying to connect to pod gets a password error. Multiple attempts to troubleshoot pods has failed. And an error occurs when trying to remove pod from network to reconnect. I’ve been left with leaving unplugged

    @Shawhelp @sunnygil911 I was frustrated contacting support for all the time till I was referred by a friend to Multitask_support on Instagram they did an excellent job retrieve cmy stranded account.

    @Shawhelp Looks like you guys got some maintenance happening in my area today. Should be interesting to see if it fixes things or make it worst

    @ShawHelp - Hi, are there TV issues? Sound modulation on some channels like 258 MSNBC is awful (chirping, cutting out) and the guide icons are either missing, or showing on the wrong listings

    @WpgNHLAddict @Shawhelp @ShawInfo You and I obviously have different perspectives on the matter, but in my books taking more than 3 days to fix an issue that affects multiple customers is not acceptable, business days or not.

    @lowercanada @Shawhelp @ShawInfo I don't know if I'd classify this situation as terrible service, technucian out on a Saturday and fixed the very next business day. Could have been much worse my friend. But I see a few dollars off your bill in the future.
