My 2 year contract with @ShawHelp is about to expire, and they have been harassing me to sign another 2 year contract with no incentive for me. Every time they call I tell them not to call again, but they keep calling at least weekly. What a terrible way to treat a customer.

@ShawHelp You’re saying there are no outages but the fibre line isn’t working at our TV station & many other customers. Are you going to keep insisting there are no reports of outages or are you going to look into the problem & give us an idea when it will be fixed? #PeaceRegion

@ShawInfo so frustrating, day 3 of no internet. Makes working from home so difficult. Do you think I should be using my personal data, when I pay for home internet? Need a better fix than just “restarting the modem”.
