    I'm just about done with @Shawhelp Nothing but problems all summer. Internet was out &/or terrible for a good portion of June & July...3 technician visits, and now it's out again. Good thing I bought a wifi card for my desktop so I can use my hotspot so I can work.

    @Shawhelp is there an outage in downtown Calgary? Our internet has been so patchy today and isn’t working at all now… have reset the router twice.

    Get this… I tried to call @ShawInfo to cancel Paul JR’s internet because he won’t be moving back to his apartment. They want a $300 cancellation fee and his past due balance of $117 paid or they’ll continue to bill him the full amount of $115/mth for a service he can’t use

    @ShawInfo I just called your 1-888 number for info, pricing on just tv. I was looking on your website for at least 10-15 mins, couldn't find the info i was looking for only bundle prices. So I called. The person I talked to wasn't much help. Then she hung up on me.
