    @Shawhelp furthermore, by not being public about the modem provisioning issue (which is affecting hundreds of customers, not “a small number”) and having support reps straight up lie saying it will be resolved *TODAY* (6 days ago) you have lost a customer.

    @Shawhelp I think this might be a @KIRO7Seattle issue. The channel guide says there's news at 11pm, but there's an informercial on. Is Could it be a rights issue perhaps?
