@Shawhelp Not really sure what an outage looks like router wise but im not seeing any light. I would expect the usual white light would change to a different color if there's something going on.

@Shawhelp Telus sounding really good. Their internet is working why isn't yours? Like every other time!!! I am definitely leaving Shaw this time. Absolutely trash service idc what kind of storm.

@Shawhelp What's the point. You'll tell me to power cycle, reboot my devices, try again because it "all looks good on your side" and if the problem persists you'll send out a tech in the next X days. Are there known issues around YXE?
