The @Shawhelp support and chat in the shaw website legit feels absolutely like your being scammed. The unbelievable incompetence of the agents just adds to that. This is why I stick to month to month contracts. Sure I could have saved money, but I love the ability to LEAVE

@Shawhelp for the amount of $ we pay for cable, telling us that channels “sometimes cut out” and not offering solutions does not equal assistance or “help”. There has to be a better way

Today I got a courtesy call from @Shawhelp asking how my service was lately. I mention it was a bit slow the last week or so. They recalibrated my modem & my speed doubled. This is what drives customer loyalty & why I've stayed with them for over a decade now #CustomerService

@Shawhelp No I don't need assistance, I'm annoyed that apparently my payment information apparently isn't secure enough on YOUR end that you have to ask me to verify that it is in fact: I who am trying to pay you for your service. I did my part, I made a password and I give you money.
