    @ShawInfo I bought a new build home that has older homes on both sides serviced by Shaw. How is it that houses on BOTH sides of my house can get shaw internet but you REFUSE to run the line to my house? Your agents seem completely baffled by this. Has it never happened?

    @Shawhelp We're trying to fix it ourselves first. This happens ALL the time. We just tried the system refresh and it did nothing. Guess we'll turn it off and then back on again. 🙄

    @ShawInfo if my roommate has a extra Pod laying around can I plug it in my room and it will help? Or does it have to be set up? I plugged it in, and it's lit up with a white light. Plz let me know thx!
