    @Shawhelp I pay for nationwide and dont get it??? Every where i go due to my job which requires me to travel and use GPS, I get zero service?? I find it frustrating that I cant GPS my way around 70% of the time when I need it. When are you guys stepping up your mobile game?

    If you believe your Shaw internet is well protected, you may well be living a dream world. I've been trying for months to get support to protect my wireless but have not been able to make it work and I've given up trying to get someone to help me. @ShawInfo

    Customer Service: “F@. Two confirmed appointments & @ShawInfo / @Shawhelp does not show up. I phoned 1/2 hour before the service window opened this morning & confirmed the service address. I even received the text that Shaw was on their way. But the window has closed, no #shaw.

    @ShawInfo Funny how you charge premium fees equal to other providers’ Fibre services but cap at 10 up 20 down. (Slow 🐢) Then, you instantly charge 400$ when someone cancels for unreturned modems. Ur going to get ur modems... patience, @ShawInfo... like dealing with the mafia. Mail = 🐢

    @Shawhelp Just a question went into Shaw Home app other day noticing lot of network activity at round 2-3:00 AM. Why? well in bed at that time!
