@Shawhelp Hi! It's me again. So I'm trying again, to connect, via Wi-Fi,to set up my new laptop & it just won't connect to the internet. 😩 I have the right network, it says connect automatically, but nothing is happening. Am I just hopeless?🙄

@Shawhelp what’s with the spotty service lately? Last 4 days tv has frozen internet is operating 380 mbps slower than what I pay for… maybe time to go to a competitor with competent service

Our plan with @ShawInfo is almost up, wondering if we should just go to MTS since it's going to cost us a fortune to stay with Shaw which we're already paying a stupid amount for. They never want to do anything to keep current customers @Shawhelp

@Shawhelp hey, I'm having issue with my connection. Like some sites load and some don't. Lots of issues with requested images not loading. Issue seems to come from external sources based on traceroute output

@Shawhelp I have tried the instructions on that page. Also the only thing provided by your tech. It did not work. I was never prompted to download/install iOS Profile. Hence cannot connect to ShawPasspoint. ShawOpen is the only one that works.

@bombay_poetess @TELUS @ShawInfo Don’t bother with Telus. We had the same experience with home security install. We had no technician show up for both of service calls. Even after the first time getting our address wrong they screwed up the second time. Don’t use Telus.
