    @Shawhelp Hope you guys compensate our bills for this. Hope you decide to improve your infrastructure. One line goes down we all go down. Done with Shaw idc what kind of storm hit us. I also hope you sent more ppl out. There is 1 guy for shaw in Hope. I bet you didn't.

    @Shawhelp I had trouble with my underground cable line according to the 3 techs that were here last week. They told me it would take time to get the line replaced, but today I notice someone has painted orange lines on my lawn. How can I tell if this is Shaw doing replacement?

    @fotogtom @ShawInfo Tech support is always useless... I knowhwo to cycle through their steps only to spend hours on the phone or online chat with them for them to tell me they have logged it.
