@Shawhelp So far everything is good with BlueCurve TV on the Chrome. Only thing that is odd is that I had to power-cycle my Gateway modem to get my network printer back online this morning.

.@Shawhelp Just had a horrible experience with Shaw Support. Tried to get assistance in figuring out my passed father's email situation, and was hit with the least amount of help I've ever received from a chat support. Took a transcript. Just absolutely sub-par.

How @ShawInfo has treated my girlfriend during the pandemic is horrible! I will NEVER use Shaw and will tell everyone I know to not use them as well... shame on you Shaw!!

Hey @ShawInfo I am a youtube streamer, and have had service from you for years At night, your service is not longer stable enough for me to stream. I have done this for over 2 years, I need help ASAP My plans tonight are to stream, but your service is preventing it. HELP!

@TheChaseLemon @Shawhelp @ShawInfo It's interesting to tell someone your dad died, give them the ph # and email address, and be told "you didnt give me any account info" - there was no 'lets see how we can help' or 'the next steps we might want to take are...' Just totally uncaring and really really juvenile

@whytestreak @ShawInfo Dont see what the problem is... As a @Rogers customer in BC, I regularly go to ext roaming coverage outside my community. From a carrier, makes sense for them to partner for coverage ourisde of areas - costs & regulations are huge bottlenecks to installing new service

1/2 I don’t understand how I pay for internet 300 with #shaw and yet can barely play a 1080p video on YouTube! Wtf, what am I paying for!? Your services are garbage! @ShawInfo it’s #criminal how these companies can base their rate on large numbers like 300 to fool the public
