    @SAndersonshpk @Shawhelp Been on shaw service chat 3 times in last month. CNN & AMC don't work... I pay for them. Internet upload rate drops well below 1mbps randomly about every 5 days (which stops me from doing a virtual classroom for teaching live online). Answer always reset all, and never works. 🤬

    @Shawhelp Business internet is out in building on west Hastings, Vancouver for almost an hour. Support call had no details on outage or timeframe, said there’s no status page for business either. Is there a way to get updates without sitting on hold for 30 minutes?

    @ShawInfo my elderly mother has been have internet problems for months. Finally Shaw says they will send a new modem. Oops! They ordered the wrong one and now have to wait even longer. Wont allow us to pick it up ourselves! #Shaw #poorservice

    @Shawhelp your service is terrible. I’m two weeks away from my move and still haven’t been able to sort out transferring my internet services. It should be simple, right? But your website takes me in circles and the person I tried to chat on line was no help.

    @Shawhelp we recently moved and are having connection issues in certain parts of our house. We can't move the modem as it is connected to our cable box. Any suggestions??
