All of a sudden we’re having issues with our @ShawInfo internet at home, no issues for the last year plus, just as they’re running the “is your wifi dropping…? Get Shaw wifi 6” ads everywhere.

@Shawhelp Shaw used to have some department in customer service that could do "magic" with rates for long time customers who weren't happy with the rates but I've heard rumours that's gone now - it's pay the posted rates or bye - true?

@Shawhelp This is unacceptable in 2022. Trying to rip people off money and not providing service. Called your technical team and was passed on to still be charged, after I have tried to move service. This is not acceptable behavior in this day and age.
