  I want to give a big shout to the Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services @CCTS_CPRST for helping keep internet providers accountable. I filed a complaint @Shawhelp and they've been holding them accountable. Worth it if your internet is slow these days.

  Great work by Shaw cable. Schedule a long service outage during a pandemic. Not like people are forced to work from home and kids do online school. Add to that their crack service teams can seem to fix the problem they initiated! Can’t wait to jump to Telus! @Shawhelp

And no one should be so isolated and cut off from phone communication over the holidays - especially in this Year of Covid when we are all hit by the isolation already. Plus the possible medical emergency issue.
