    I was hesitant to switch from @TELUS to @ShawInfo Mobile because of network speed. I decided that for $25 a month it was worth a try but kept my TELUS account. Shaw speed tested at 20 MBPS, TELUS tested at 5. Telus is the biggest scam, it's one step below a pyramid scheme.

    @ShawInfo your customer service people and technical support system are terrible. You really need to train them better and allow them to use common sense instead of relying on a playbook.

    Ended stream - and will try again in half an hour. SUPER Unreliable upload speeds, dropping half the frames. @Shawhelp - Spoke to y'all the other day "possibly a saturation issue" ... can we ... fix... that? That'd be tight. 😓

    @Shawhelp @NL66_ You folks are not listening....your status page gives zero info on estimated ETA of this outage?....in general, how long will we be out for?? An hour, 6 more hrs, the rest of the day?? People need to plan!
