    @Shawhelp How about someone takes charge of issues, follows through and solves the problems. Been over a month with corrupted PVR recordings, yet everyone at shaw acts like it's a new problem...looks like others have the issue and it's been happening for a few years.

    @Shawhelp yeah okay its been a almost two days... Been patient enough. My neighbors have Telus and someone else has Bell they still have internet. Im cancelling and anyone else who’s affected I suggest you do the same. Worst customer service can’t even speak to an operator on the phone

    @Shawhelp I have been out of services from last 48 hours inspite of having electricity at home. Neighborhood is getting services from Telus but shaw seems to not working. Location Fraser heights, Surrey BC. It's so frustrating

    @Shawhelp Our neighborhood has been without service for over 24 hours. Website tells us to check to Hydro outage for updates - but we all have power! #poorcustomerservice
