    @ShawInfo your customer service people and technical support system are terrible. You really need to train them better and allow them to use common sense instead of relying on a playbook.

    @Shawhelp All services down suddenly in University Heights NW Calgary. Phone, cable and internet won’t offline about 8am MST, still not up. Is there an outage?

    @shenif @ShawInfo Lmao. All cell phone providers were having problems but I did not have any with my shaw. So at most it dealt with the same problems. Myself and two family members all have shaw without issue. I had a 30 min convo zero issue yesterday.

    @Shawhelp Internet came back from this mornings outage in Langley and now is back off again and is affecting more customers. Is this the same issue or a new one?
