Karla A (@kkaallan) reported@Shawhelp Been trying to do that for her since Wednesday. It’s not out. She needs someone to show up and connect her. Someone went in and said they couldn’t do anything and left. That was it. And she’s paying for the service. We need another recourse not just to call the help line again.

Last update is from yesterday at 2 PM which is a backdated entry as it is. The Shaw outtage map showed "no issues" last evening when we didn't have a connection!
