    @Saralaise @CNNgo Yep. Same here. I asked a friend to see if she was experiencing the same issue (also Shaw customer), and she is. Makes me feel somewhat better to discover that it doesn’t seem to be my device or account – must be something wrong with either @Shawhelp or CNN activation system. 🤬

    Never angrier than on behalf of another: rel of ours (not on social media) jst said @ShawInfo hung up when put rep on hold for less than a min, 2 cross room 2 get a bill! How many hrs has Shaw made us wait on hold! Gawd 4bid it has to wait 60secs! Shaw used to have good service!

    Thank you, Jeannette. You are a valuable employee and @ShawInfo should be grateful to have people like you in customer service. Unlike the sales team that looted my 88 year old Mum who said she didn’t watch that many games anyway. (So why the upsell on the internet pkg?)

    @Shawhelp Hey, I was wondering if I can please get some help. My shaw box accidentally lost power and now it won't turn back on but the power button light is flashing.

    @ShawInfo worst service ever!!! I use more data on my phone cause our Shaw services never work and when you ask for a call back cause you want answers no one calls you back. Never switch it’s just a headache and poor service!!!
