@Shawhelp What is being done to fix the outage in South Calgary? Was just on phone with Shaw and possibly can't get services back til Sunday. I just signed a new commitment with shaw lastnight. Good thing I have 10 days to reconsider. #ShawHelp

@Shawhelp I received a renewal offer, but held on it for the time being. They saved it to my file and said I could call back to get it anytime. Now being told it's not available and my same services will cost $25 more/month. What is the best way forward before I cancel?

@Shawhelp @Harleydadd The irony of it is I actually had to turn off wifi and go on data to use Twitter as the wifi is down as always. Today I refuse to get on my knees & crawl under my TV for Shaw. We live in a main city not in the country. I will be WiFi less today as I contact my new provider.

I still don't know how Telus is still in business. I ordered their services 2 weeks ago and nothing was done. NOTHING. I ordered Shaw internet YESTERDAY and TODAY (it just arrived!), it is in my hands! @ShawInfo 10x0 @TELUS Shaw has better customer service and are more efficient!

@HiltonHotels Thanks, I have completed the form and sent it back to you. As I mentioned on the form I logged this on the @Yellow_Pages site where others have reported problems from this number that is owned by @ShawInfo.
