Hey @Shawhelp maybe you can help with service for my move to Nelson, BC. Currently with @Telus @Telussupport with internet 150 and being told to either take 6mbps(?!) or pay a huge $210 disconnection fee. Tried to escalate to mgmt and got a cut and paste nonsensical reply.

@Shawhelp Yes!Do you think that is a normal way to use a service? Doing this 30 times a day to your internet modem or cable for the last 3 months, is not the an acceptable service. Technician came and he said is nothing that he can't do and never a Shaw problem and yet no service.

@Shawhelp Could you be more transparent. when they get access, will it be quick fix? Work week starts tomorrow, i cannot work without internet. U must know if quick fix after access or completely destroyed and needs several days. I must tell my employer something.

@MrPriceBC I am using @ShawInfo mobile service at the moment & it has been great, but once @RogersMobileCa gets ahold of it. Expect an unpleasant outcome. They will either dismantle the service or the price will double. Ah the Joys of Canadian mobile service. #canada #cellular #Vancouver

Seriously so tired of @Shawhelp every time we try Shaw on demand we get the error code. Horrible internet in my house. I can go two doors down to my daughter's house & excellent internet through @TELUS
