@ShawInfo Been Shaw customer for over 5 years, never paid for the modem rental, now Shaw is charging for the rental modem as you renew your service plan. Also got these pod extenders, very unergonomic design, not only it blocks the power outlet its sharp corners get caught,disappointed!

I was supposed to get a call from a supervisor sometime within the past 2 days from @Shawhelp. No call. This is on top of the missed appointments to fix terrible work done by a tech without my consent. This mirrors my horrible experiences with them at work.

Hi @Shawhelp. My cable TV has been having problems for a few weeks now. Video pauses frequently, sometimes audio too, and sometimes screen goes black. On all 3 TVs. Have rebooted Shaw boxes but doesn’t help.

@KolbyRizzo @ShawInfo It can be configured for that. I use it through a regular browser for now. Mobile versions are available. Their office/computer complex is actually in the side of a mountain in Switzerland. So far I have never experience a glitch of any kind. They share 0 information.

@Shawhelp are there known internet issues in Saskatoon. Our internet connection has been out for 2 hours. Tried resetting the router numerous times and the Blue Home app says Gateway offline.
