@brittlestar And everyone wonders why I am frustrated by the coming merger between @Rogers and @ShawInfo . Shaw fixes its problems without having to tweet it to millions. I don't want to be a Rogers customer. We need more competition not less!

Back to using the Free WiFi from down the road again. Thanks @ShawInfo I wish my modem didn't continue to drop Wifi signal & disconnect. Really really appreciate it, especially when I need internet for work and streaming. Super reliable service @Shawhelp. Sorry to my viewers.

@shawinfo @Shawhelp #poorcustomerservice wants me to contact billing to ask for more compensation for having #nointernet for 14 days. You can't make this stuff up. What is customer service there for? . Do Better #jesse
