    @idledmuse @Shawhelp @GlobalCalgary I too am having this problem. I went to tune in and got the “not subscribed” screen, for every channel. Good to see I’m not the only one with this problem!

    @Shawhelp I just got off the phone with the RUDEST representative ever after the outage was resolved, and my stuff STILL doesn’t work. I was told the soonest I can have someone here is Monday. I told them that I’m working from home and I can’t have this be this way till Monday

    @Shawhelp I have been facing internet disconnection for the countless of time, I do not pay to have constant disconnection of service. I am inquiring assistance to fix this problem or else I will send a memo to persuade all the shaw users in my area to cancel the shaw service
