    @Shawhelp Was with tech support 3 times and had a tech out Thursday morning.....they said levels are "perfect from their end" and there's nothing they can do. I'm just posting to say I'm done and as soon as I can, I'm going somewhere else.

    @Shawhelp hi, any known internet outages in Oakridge in Calgary? Internet went down about half an hour ago and rebooting the router didn't help.

    @Shawhelp I cannot get through to you guys, I call it says to go online and message in. I message online it says to busy contact us later. I just want to make a payment arrangement. Hire more staff please? I fell on hardship and going to loose my service simply because of this..

    So @shaw was supposed to be here today after the last tech & customer service rep lied and/or didn't read my file. This now day 5 with no apology or remorse. @Shawhelp #bcpoli but they'll invoice me ugh

    @Shawhelp I had a problem with my new PVR, contacted Shaw, got great help. Agent arranged for a tech to visit on Tuesday between 1:00 and 3:00, but the problem seems to have been resolved remotely, and I want to cancel the appointment. Please advise; I'm in Victoria, BC.

    @Shawhelp I've been through all of that. Even the tech said he was the last effort. They all gave me the "reasons" why it drops that low but did "everything they could". I understand it's "up to 1000mbs" but it keeps going down to this or even LOWER.....and I'm by myself watching a movie!
