@Shawhelp I tried BlueCurve. Since an outage, I have pixelation, sound drops multiple times in last 3 days. It is TV shows and recorded shows. I have done all the resetting both modem and BlueCurve box to no avail and I moved the modem to a higher level. So what is the solution?

A @TELUSsupport manager was supposed to call me back today, after 3.5 weeks of problems with @Telus #OptikTV. Been waiting for the call all day, & it never came. I think we're just going to give @Shawhelp a call this weekend. It's clear #Telus doesn't value our service.

@Mmaarrll @shelbyae @Shawhelp Hmm, same problem that support is so certain has nothing to do with Shaw's transmission of the TV signal that they are sending a tech to my house. 🤔
