@Shawhelp Shaw internet has been out for nearly 24 hours. Called for help twice but unplugging and plugging the modem back in isn't doing anything. I believe there's an outage not being reported after routine maintenance was done. Great service as always

@Shawhelp Service issueS. Outages and interruptions are the only thing we CAN count on. We have wasted hours upon hours on chat and phone with multiple reps. Offered to send us a new modem but then wanted us to sign a new contract. Hilarious. How bout give us equipment that actually works!
