  • Bryan_Leitch Bryan Leitch (@Bryan_Leitch) reported

@Calgaryman1 @Shawhelp Shaw has been glitching since November. Used to be isolated to SN360 and a couple other channels, now it’s freezing on most channels for a few seconds and kicking back in. Was offered a credit in April, never got that either.

  • blizzard44ca Carol Mulder (@blizzard44ca) reported

@cenobyte3 @Shawhelp This is a system wide issue. For every person on here there are likely thousands that either haven’t noticed or don’t know what to do. Please fix your exchange servers.

  • Dongo_Junior WangChung2Nite (@Dongo_Junior) reported

@cenobyte3 @Shawhelp Having the same exact issue myself. No changes to my IPhone, just stopped working.

@Shawhelp I have a problem with my email account. I phone and have no idea what the man is saying. He has a very, very thick accent. Why do you hire people to field calls for customer service that one can not understand?? #poorcustomerservice #communicationiskey

  • Bryan_Leitch Bryan Leitch (@Bryan_Leitch) reported

@gfliverpool9966 @Shawhelp Was told it has something to do with the channel frequencies. So clearly they’re aware. They just won’t fix it or it’s not considered a big enough issue yet. Happened when they put 4K online.

  • clmoore50 Cheryl Moore (@clmoore50) reported

@cenobyte3 @Shawhelp I’m having issues with Exchange for my Shaw account on my iPads and iPhones today, started yesterday but I thought it was my husband not doing something right on his iPhone.

  • LostHunter7 LostHunter7 (@LostHunter7) reported

@Shawhelp I just rec'd my 2nd notice from Telus that outlines the input of their PureFibre Network in my neighbourhood. Step 3 is to transfer all my phone, internet, TV & any other services to the Telus PureFibre Network. What the $!% is going on?!
