@ShawInfo I am now on day 4 in a row of no home services. According to your agents it is due to an “Outage” with no ETA that there is no mention of on your site. I don’t feel any closer to having Internet back on day 4 as I did on day 1. Unacceptable. #its2022 #choosetelus

@Shawhelp I’m back at Rosella’s home. I had to leave her place yesterday after 2 hours of trying to find a solution that will allow her to watch cable tv. Internet connection works fine. Tv stopped working on Friday. Let’s figure this out!
