  • MissAshee86 Ashley R (@MissAshee86) reported

@ShawInfo Seriously sick of paying $140/month for my cable to never work! “Outages” weekly. @TELUS got any good deals?

  • scottieooh Scott (@scottieooh) reported

@ShawInfo When will you have 5G on you network to run these 5G phones???

  • AnotherNisha Nisha 🏳️‍🌈 Poet Laureate (@AnotherNisha) reported

@JulieRohrYEG @ShawInfo We wired ethernet cables through the whole apartment (and have wired through the heat vents/staircases) from the router - a 50ft cable can be like $30 and you can get longer ones online. We can handle multiple zoom calls at once with no problem now.

  • ageOfIdiocy Brian Oakely (@ageOfIdiocy) reported

Hour and a half to get the Internet going. @shawhelp is actually worse than Teksavvy and Primus combined. They simply refuse to provide a service that doesn't drop 20 -30 times a day. Seriously @Shawhelp How much money do you require to provide me a good connection?

  • lisastylegirl lisastylegirl (@lisastylegirl) reported

Hello @Shawhelp -- I am soooo frustrated with your technical people telling me they're not Mac experts! Half your customers use a Mac!!! Very disappointing. #gettingnoemail #gettingnohelp #help!

  • QuinnBoser Quinn (@QuinnBoser) reported

@Shaybeerta @JulieRohrYEG @ShawInfo Came here to say exactly this! Best way to get good speed is just run a long Cat6 cable directly from your modem. Wi-Fi will never be as good, even with a booster.

  • DwightLester ... (@DwightLester) reported

@JulieRohrYEG @tish_A_tish @ShawInfo Cat 5 or cat 6 cable directly from modem to laptop. Problem fixed

  • steveinburnaby Stephen Walker 🇨🇦 (@steveinburnaby) reported

@JulieRohrYEG @Shaybeerta @ShawInfo If you have gigabyte service to your wireless, you will have a 100 times more speed if you change from wireless to being wired in. If you don't have an RJ45 port on your computer, a dongle to give you a RJ45 port by plugging into one of your USB 3 ports is pretty inexpensive

  • carschick caryn (@carschick) reported

@Shawhelp your customer service just disconnected me off of hold....#notahappycustomer

  • beachweeds cait 💗💜💙 (@beachweeds) reported

@JulieRohrYEG @ShawInfo Sorry I realized my response was getting too long-winded so I will say: look into the placement of your modem - we've been having issues with our internet and turns out our modem was in a suboptimal location! And/or try direct connections if possible!
