    another half-day wasted waiting for @Shawhelp to show up and fix ongoing Internet issues. 5+ service calls 4+ new modems 3+ months waiting 2 more hours wasted today with for a tech who never showed up 1 @CCTS_CPRST complaint about to be reopened.

    Another day and yet @Shawhelp @ShawInfo is yet not solving the issue just keep saying it is on the back end. This lack of service and answers is not good enough.

    @Shawhelp She has been on your chat 3 times, waits 10 min someone asks a question then transfers her only to wait another 15. Now they are saying they can’t come back until SUNDAY. She has already waited a week for service and the guy left without making it work! HELP

    @Shawhelp 4 emails received within 2 hours. (Two from Payment; 2 from Message Centre). Asking me to click on a link to update my payment info to avoid service disruption. I don’t use a credit card. Online payments only.

    But there is one flaw with the application system @Shawhelp. Why can I only allowed 3 devices at one time. A customer should be able to use the Television BlueCurve Free TV application on a minimum of 10 devices. cc @ShawInfo
