    @Shawhelp Why is it that I get calls from "TOLL FREE SVS" purportedly from Shaw asking me to review my service with Shaw? They then ask me to confirm my information - but you folks called me.

    @ShawInfo I have the same modem and getting download speed of 12 mbps and the technician was unable to solve the problem. 😒😒

    @Shawhelp That’s the page Ive been starting from. Tried both the “View Plans” and the Active Sim “Live Messaging” links on that page. Both end up opening the Chat where I enter some info from automated questions and then never get connected to anyone
