@Shawhelp my internet connection went down & when back on, I get a msg on my browser that I need to “follow the instructions provided to activate your modem and connect to your network”. But it’s not a new modem. Need to use cable as if new?

Hey @Shawhelp, what does the red light mean on my Bluecurve modem? And why does it take two or three resets to get it to actually function? While we’re at it, why did the Ethernet ports grind to a halt? I’ve been at least two years problem free until today...
